It is always great when an artist recognizes that it is God who has given them the ability and talent to do what they do. And when music can help someone to choose the right things to do and say so as to avoid the heartaches it is especially powerful. There was only a synthesizer as background to all the songs that Rebecca sang, but you could hear the passion of both musician and Rebecca as she sang as unto the Lord. The song selections that could be found on her albums were accompanied by a synopsis of and how she came about the lyrics. The passion behind her vocals demonstrated how deeply she felt about making right choices in her own life.
