Edwin is A True Singer/Songwriter...The man has Pipes....The overall rating would have been 5 Stars but Ya Leave OUT "Solitude"....I'll get over it...I don't know about Timmy though...The Venue(Triple Door/Seattle) 250 seated 300 standing....The only other venue to see him was across the street...Fun Was Had...

Edwin really knows how to play to an audience. Musicianship and singing was outstanding...love songs, rock & even a little funk with an Earth, Wind & Fire tune. He even came down into the crowd once & sang a song & everyone loved it. Well behaved crowd, good atmosphere, cold beer....who's got it better than us?

A very good show with a nice cross section of Edwin's catalog. Performed some R&B covers that were killer. Took a bit for his voice to warm up, but wasn't long till he was belting out like I remember. I could've swore he was singing "harmonically", i.e. two pitches at the same time. Kudos Edwin! The band was solid, but not showy - and everyone seemed to work together for the song/music/crowd interface.

I have attending three of Edwin McCain's shows at HOB. He always puts so much into the songs. He tells great stories and balances a soulful mix of R & B with great jazz. For a consistently entertaining concert, don't miss Edwin's visit to Florida!

Edwin always gives an amazing performance and this show was no different! He had so much energy and sang his heart out! The band was awesome!!!! Loved the opening act, Eric Baker - had never heard him before but loved him! Bought two of his Cd's - he autographed one, and was very approachable and nice! Lots of great energy!! Edwin did not disappoint as usual!

Edwin is an amazing songwriter, entertainer and story teller. House of Blues is an intimate setting perfect to enjoy his show. He played R&B, reggae, rock & ballads. I can't wait for the next show.

saw Edwin McCain at Birdy's in Indianapolis. Great show!! he played for almost three hours!.. I also enjoyed the venue. it was very intimate, which I like.

The Adam Ezra Group was one of the best openings that I have ever heard. Great music and great energy. Edwin McCain of course hands down one of the most entertaining and amazing songwriters that I have ever heard.

Edwin, as always, was OUTSTANDING! What a trooper - despite being sick, he still rocked the place, as well as brought everyone to tears closing with a timely and poignant tribute to 9/11 and our troops. Edwin, we love ya! Looking forward to next time!
