First off, this was my first time at the Hard Rock Cafe. Sadly, I was disappointed.
I paid money for balcony seats to hear the ARTISTS sing, not the AUDIENCE sing. Not only did all the artists rely on the audience to sing their songs, but all the artists did NOT sing a complete song.
The DJs/engineers were as much to blame as the artists. Simply put, they are NOT skilled. The bass was too high, so much so that the singers couldn't even hear themselves sing - when they weren't asking their audience to do it for them. And their equipment kept acting up all night (What's the point of mic and music checks BEFORE the show, people?)
What definitely wasn't appreciated was the scratching of the record to switch to another song. Thanks for enabling the ADHD artists to NOT focus on completing even one damn song.
I came to hear Shaggy sing and the man had the indencency to show up LATE and then not give my money's worth of songs.

Favorite moment: The best part of the show was Fear Factor, the dance crew. Also, the second female singer did a good job recovering from the DJ's mistake. @
Setlist: Everything the audience could remember to sing themselves; the artist didn't help. And an occassional "Yeah Yeah"... @
