Perfect concert on a perfect summer night in Hyannis. The Melody Tent was the perfect venue for a KD Lang concert. It's open, airy and intimate. I would definitely go see KD again especially at this venue. Her voice is even better in person. That didn't seem possible given the fact that her voice is amazingly beautiful to begin with, but it's true. I loved the way she interacting with the audience. She's very friendly. Maybe it's because the venue is so small. The one negative was that we called to ask if cameras were allowed and were told, "NO". When we got there concert goers were taking photos all throughout the performance. My cousin took a few pics with her phone, but my camera would have been so much better.

K.D. Lang has the pipes that kill the crowd! She performed for close to 2 hrs to a small venue that could not be more appreciative of her performance. Her new band is totally in synch and their chemistry is spot on. We were really fortunate to get to a small venue so we could enjoy her and her band. After all of these years she is even better and truly entertaining, most of all she comes across as loving what she does! Stunning performance! Thank you K.D.!

She was amazing. She always is, but this one was by far the best. What was different? The Siss Boom Bang. Her band and the different sound she created with them was out standing.

Really enjoyed the show - she is quite an entertainer with a very poweful voice. We found the music quite loud and it seemed to drown her out at times.

I truly enjoyed the entire concert including the opening act. The young lady had an amazing voice and gave each song her personal touch. K.D. Lang did not disappoint. I was hoping she would sing Alleluia and she did. She received a standing ovation. As far as I am concerned she gives the best rendition of this song. K.D. Lang was funny, serious, entertaining, very well spoken and made it a point to give a lot of credit to her band. An absolutely great concert.

They were young ( two young men and the main singer, a woman) and hard-working, and the woman had a very nice voice, but I was bored. None of the songs captured me in my seat. I preferred to get up and linger in the foyer @

No matter who's in the audience, kd lang is sensitive to the fact that her following is not only the LGBT crowd. There were young and older couples, young mothers and couples with their children, and she still knew how to "play" her audience; intimate, caring and considerate. I took a friend who wasn't a fan, but became one during the show & had nothing but superlative comments afterwards. The venue significantly supported Ms Lang's affable personality, and her quirkly barefoot performance, imaging her favorite CW and pop stars (i.e., Elvis, and crooners T. Bennett, P. Kline) while playing guitar and banjo. The audience fell in love with her as she added her newer songs intermingled with her classics with a twist of harmony and slide guitar. My first experience, and hopefully not my last

she has a strong voice, so strong that the microphone was not needed in many of her songs. A little more chit chat about her political and personal views than necessary. I wanted to hear her sing

First (and last) time I saw KD Lang was in 1994 at Radio City. She was just amazng. Her show at Bergen PAC was no disappointment! Her energy was awesome.. but that VOICE! That RANGE! Shouldn't be humanly possibly, and she does it with such ease.
Just surprised that she didn't sing "Crying"... but still.. an amazing show!

While I have been a fan of k.d.'s music for a while, this was the first time I ever got to see her perform. All I can say is WOW! Her voice is just as powerful and full and emotional live as it is recorded. The acoutics of the theater and the sound man were spot on! The Siss Boom Bang band are all great musicians and they added to the performance in an obvious but not overpowering way. If k.d. ever comes back to this area again I will be sure to see her again... all in all, a great evening's entertainment.

I've seen Canadian singer, k.d. lang, many times in concert and saw this particular tour twice last year in New York City and in Morristown, New Jersey, but after a year of touring, she had added shading and nuance to every song, she was playful and in great spirits, as always, and even this older audience in Englewood, New Jersey, was on its feet many times during the show. The set during this show was slightly altered, but it was like a 'Master Class,' witnessing an artist, at the peak of her career, hit every number out of the park. If you ever get the chance to see lang, run, don't walk, to buy tickets! She is simple AMAZING!!!!!

The concert was fantastic, I really did not expect it to be that wonderful. K.D. is the best female singer... ever. Her voice truly like silk. K.D.'s band....sis boom WOW !!!! If you ever get the chance to see her please do, you won't regret it.

Saw kd when she was just starting out many years ago. She has only improved with age.

Her voice is the best around--beyond compare!
The small venue was amazing, too. a chance to be up close and personal, which k d also appeared to enjoy, as she came off the stage and interacted with the audience, encouraging us to come to the front of the stage to dance.
