Favorite moment: On "All That Matters Now" Ben sang without the use of a microphone and his voice was amazing and strong! Great way to close it out! @

I have to say that I had only heard of Ben Harper before I bought his 2013 release, "Get Up!" I had never heard of Charlie Musselwhite, but the album and this show have given me plenty of reasons to get more familiar with both! The music is unbelievable and the performances are always stunning based upon what I've seen online.
I was so looking forward to this show that I listened to the album almost every day, usually several times a day. I was glad that he played the entire album as well as some of Charlie's tunes and a GREAT rendition of Led Zeppelin's "When the Levee Breaks."
The only critiques I have are: 1) the drummer was not the same as the one on the album and he seemed to lack energy. He made a mistake on one of my favorite tunes from the album, too. 2) The sound in the balcony where I sat was not very good. The vocals and harmonica got lost among the guitars, bass, and drums. Video of the event reveals that this was not the case in the lower levels.
