I've seen Jim Brickman and company for 6 years straight. We are always entertained by the performances. Jim Brickman is a professional and he puts a wonderful program, mixing in the "hits", with a romantic twist, and a few laughs here and there. His guests, Anne Cochran, Luke McMaster and Tracy Silverman (electric violin) are awesome and only add to the beautiful music that entertains. I look forward to these performance on a yearly basis with my wife. Jim Brickman is by far America's Romantic Piano Sensation in our book.

Jim's Holiday concert literally took my breath away! He is a musical genius!!! And his musical guests were FANTASTIC!! WOW! Soooo much talent on that stage - words alone could not possibly describe what a wonderful show this was!!!! (and always is!)

I thought his idea was a great one to start with! So many great songs from that decade, but to bring the original singers was brilliant. I had the BEST time singing along to those great songs from my era. And it was fascinating to watch all that goes into putting a taped show together to be aired on a network at a later date. Having to redo a few of the songs and Jim's introductions to those songs was funny but very cool, because we got to hear those great songs a second time! It was a fabulous night!

In my opinion David Pack from Ambrosia made our evening. His songs took us back to a simpler time in our life. The band backing up all of the acts left us speechless. They were the best I think I have ever seen. We are so pleased we were able to see this show and look forward to the next show.

There needs to be more 70's celebrations to attend. So much fun and so much talent. I went with 2 friends that I have known since I was 5, and we loved everything about the concert. Being part of taping the concert was also fun. My only complaint was one I heard from many of the people at the meet and greet. The impression given by the advertisement was that the artists listed would be at the meet and greet when in fact 4 of the big name artists did not participate. It should have been made clear who was going to be at the meet and greet. There were a lot of disappointed people there and it showed when some of those acts came out. There was not much enthusiasm in the first 5 rows (meet and greet crowd) when David Cassidy came out.

So many songs that I grew up listening to whether it was on the radio or heard it on TV and to finally see these all these people live and in person brought goosebumps. I also love how they talked about the stories behind the songs and the music. Everyone had a great sense of humor as well especially the part when Stephen Bishop made fun of his ex wife before doing "It Might Be You". I'm not usually a concert goer and this was sort of a last minute spontaneous thing for me but wow it exceeded my expectations.

This show was fantastic. Jim Brickman was great and the artists he picked for this show was terrific. 70's music is my favorite and what I grew up with. Every artist sounded wonderful and sang their most popular hits.
This was great!

It was a very interesting and different experience. Since the show was being recorded for a future TV showing, there was all the behind the scenes events that are edited out of the final product which you would not normally see. It was exciting to see all the stars from the 70s: David Cassidy, Rita Coolidge, David Pack, Stephen Tyler, and Thelma Houston...doing their hits from that era. Also enjoyed the Brickman trio including Jim Brickman, Anne Cochran, and Luke McMaster. Jim sang his song Valentine as a tribute to Karen Carpenter and Thelma Houston sang Donna Summers' mega-hit Last Dance as a tribute to her. It was, in today's word Awesome, or in the 70's vernacular, Groovy Cool!

It was a great show. They were filming the show for a broadcast on comcast. Because of some problems we saw some songs twice. The entire evening was 3 hours. It was an unusual event because the host Jim Brickman would be constantly talking to the audience in between songs.

The show was fantastic! The performances of all the stars did not disappoint!
The one complaint that we had was that we purchased the meet and greet package and we were very disappointed in it. We felt that it was misrepresented according to the description on the website. Our understanding is that we would get to meet all the stars from the show that would be performing, which did not happen. The people that were at the meet and greet, were not even listed in the show when we purchased the tickets. There was a lot of disappointment going around in the room. We were also disappointed that Kenny Loggins was not there. He was originally listed as one of the stars, and although we know things come up, we were bummed. Have never been to the Oakdale Theatre before and were very impressed! Would definitely see another show at this venue. Employees were very organized and pleasant.

What an awesome night! Listening to these songs brought back so many memories, I felt like I was a teenager again. Great show, great singers! The classics will never go out of style!!!

I have to admit how disappointed I am. The artists that performed were great but I bought these tickets expressly to see Kenny Loggins. Every advertisement I have states he is one of the performers. If he wasn't on the bill I would have never purchased these tickets. I am very disappointed and not likely to return to another event offered by this entity.

We purchased tickets for a concert that was to be filmed to be broadcast on Infinity at a later date. Ended up being a TV show being recorded and we were the paying audience! Our tickets cost close to $200.00 each and then they filled the expensive seats from people in the cheap seats so it looked better! Show should have been 2 hours but because of retakes it was just around 3 hours. Show was good but should have been billed as a TV show recording. Disappointed with how we were dupped!

The fact that we were moved up to closer to the stage seats that was unexpected and awesome, nice surprise!! Thanks to the usher that moved us up!!!!

Also watching all the ladies rush to the stage when some of the singers came out. They still have it… :)

Concert was very good. Sound quality was just right. Range of genres could have been somewhat broader, it was not a "comprehensive retrospective on the 70s, but maybe it wasn't supposed to be. I was surprised and very disappointed by 2 items. First, the fact that this was to be taped with "re-takes" for production sake should have been advertised. Secondly, the co- headliner, Roberta Flack was not there. No explanation was offered and no compensation was made.
