Machine Head is my FAVORITE band of ALL time! I have been a fan of their since 1994 and have seen them in various venues here in the Southern California including here at the Avalon (formerly The Palace) numerous times. I must say that the BEST venue by far that I have seen them perform at the most in the L.A./Hollywood area in the past 18 years is DEFINITELY the Avalon!!!! I have YET to miss a Machine Head show here in L.A./Hollywood and will see them no matter if it's a weekday, weekend, Holiday, rain or shine! I CANNOT wait to see them again!!!! I hope they come back to L.A. sooner than the last time!

Only suggestion about the venue is to probably start at least a small security search at the doors of the Avalon to avoid any problems.

A true metal fan will have attended this event! Machine Head killed it. The crowd couldn't get enough. DO YA'LL KNOW HOW TO HEADBANG?

This show was hands down the best metal show I've ever been to and I have been a metal head and going to shows for almost 25 years! It was a powerful performance! Band and singer in excellent form. Provided music as good as the recordings if not better. Robb Flynn is an excellent singer and was a very likable person in general. They played a two hour show. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!!!

I have been going to Machine Head shows for over 15 years now and they just keep getting better and better. Their energy is amazing and they played for almost 2 hours!

My third time seeing MH, and now my most memorable. Machine Head is always a guarnteed great show with their high energy, rock your balls off performances. A full hour and a half set filled mostly with material from their latest album 'Unto the Locust' , as well as fan favorites from previous albums.

After the show we waited by the tour buses to try and get some swag signed. The guys didn't let us down. Not only did they sign everything each fan had to offer, every member would chat it up, as long as needed, despite the freezing cold weather outside.

They are quite simply, the perfect heavy metal band. If you were there, then you don't need me to tell you how good Machine Head is. If they're coming to a city near you, then do yourself a favor & go experience how good a band can be. Their writing is unmatched & their live performance must be seen to be believed. Get ready to see a band who not only sings live, but actually hits very complex vocal harmonies on stage. No auto tune with these guys. A real band with real talent. Enough said.
