From the moment R.Kelly walked out on the stage he had everyone's attention and kept the energy up. His voice is mesmerizing and made you feel as if you were dreaming. R. Kelly was smooth, sweet, sensual. He is quite the entertainer. You could tell he put a lot of time, thought, effort, and energy into his performance. He was flawless. That concert was the definition of a dream come true. It could not get any better. You could tell R. Kelly is an artist who is dedicated to his fans--he performed for almost two hours! R. Kelly made you feel as if you got more than your money's worth. I recommend that you attend the event. R. Kelly was so good I am thinking about traveling to Baltimore, Maryland just to see him perform again (and I live in S.C.). That feeling of pure bliss and happiness is something one doesn't come across too often. I want to experience that feeling again--that out of body experience. Being at the concert made me feel as if everything was right in the world.

R. Kelly is my absolute favorite artist! I love everything about his voice and lyrics. This show was unforgettable. He started off by asking what took us so long to get him here. Even though he just finished a Single Ladies tour that did not include Louisiana, but I digress. He sung so many hits I cannot begin to name them all. He even did "Real Talk" from his "Untitiled" album that not many are a fan of, but I love this "lyrical conversation" where he "turns up". The man is rightfully deemed the King of R&B and anyone who has attended one of his live performances can attest to why.

FLOOR SEATS ARE A MUST!! This was my first time having a great seat and it was absolutely worth it!

I actually went to the concert by myself hoping that I would get the chance to meet him. I still had an AWESOME time. If he ever come back to Baton Rouge, Louisiana or the surrounding areas I will be there! The concert was phenomenal! R. Kelly is a great singer and too damn sexy! I would love to be able to meet him again one day. Great show!

This was my fourth R. Kelly concert and this time he came to my hometown...Baton Rouge, La! The icing on the cake was that i was able to get right up to the stage and see him up close and personal!! I AM STILL EXCITED!! No matter if he has an entire stage set up or just himself and the band, nobody can say that R. Kelly does not put on a HELL OF A SHOW!!

I was very dissapointed. R Kelly is a master at writing, singing and performing and I was so hyped up because I knew he would bring the house down. Instead, his performance was just okay. I almost feel as though Baton Rouge was just a quick "pit stop" for him while on his way to perform in Houston. So dissapointed.

I am ready for R to come back already. He has so much music that love and have listen to over his 25 years of music making. I wish it could have been longer but I left singing all the way home. It was money well spent.

Kelly had me in the clouds floating from the time he hit the stage I was on my feet so I really didnt need the seat I purchased this is a must see event I will keep my search up to see when he is near me again this was my 2nd time my first I had just graduated 8thgrade in 1994 he was in Lake Charles La. and from that point on I fell in love with his music....keep up the good work who ever missed this show shame on you this was a very good VALANTINE GIFT!

I thoroughly enjoyed the show. I hate that he can't sing the songs all the way through but I know it's because he is trying to allow so many of the songs to be added to the show. I've been a fan since the early 90s and will always remain true to his music. This was my 8th show for R. Kelly I truly love his music. BEADS!!

Our hotel was 4 miles from the exit to Government Street; On the northbound exit off I-110 to government street--we sat in traffic for over an hour (left the room at 730pm) while the left lane drivers forced themselves to the front and then the right lane drivers HAD to let them in. (Need more officers to control traffic). BOO!

Parking: Signage to the river center needs improvement. Once you are in the area there were hardly any officers to guide us to where parking WAS allowed. BOO!

Ushers: No one was at the doors to guide us to our seats. We ended up walking almost a full lap around the hallway only to find out the door where we entered was closest to our floor seats. BOO!!

Promotional Items: Every R. Kelly show I have attended always have vendors or promotion personnel offering posters, photos, tshirts, autographed items. There were no souvenir stations available at this event. BOO!

My husband and I had a great time at the R Kelly concert. I haven't seen him perform for many years since he was last in Lafayette. He performed well, his voice never changed, and his moves were just as I hoped. Loved it! Great job!
