First, I have to say that the National is an awesome venue! It is a beautiful, cool place to see a show. ALL the people working there were totally cool every time I've been there. Second, Clutch is absolutely the best band! The show was incredible! I've never seen Tim move so much! Dan and J.P. were , as always, right on and Neil was kicking ass and takin' names! I was lucky enough to meet J.P. and NEIL after the show! I felt so stupid , I didn't know what to say or anything...I felt like a star struck little girl! Neil is sooooo cool! He probably knew I was in awe, he shook my hand and signed my ticket! I have it framed on my wall. I absolutely LOVE CLUTCH! I will see them every time they play there. When CLUTCH plays, they take over. It's like they OWN the stage. It was an unforgettable evening. I will be back! The only thing was the National needs a bigger smoking section!!!!

Clutch is superior to most bands in every way. My only problem with them is that excluding their One Night With Clutch tour where they did two sets, they don't play long enough. I say dump one opener and play a longer set.
