This was my frist time seeing Clutch, and they did not disappoint. The whole band was on point for everything, they play songs from a bunch of their albums, not just the new stuff, and their stage presence, especially Neil's, was unreal. I brought a friend to the show who'd never heard much Clutch before and now he's a fan.
I was too late to catch Kingsnake, but what I did saw was pretty good, so I'll try to check them out the next time I could. Lionize was definitey a band I didn't hear before, and now I'm a fan, really great show with an awesome jam in the middle.
The Sword was too sick as well, bringing unrelenting heaviness to the whole crowd. My favorite moment of their set was when they threw in a cover of "Cheap Sunglasses" in the middle of "Freya"
Not only that, but the wait time was absolutely minimal. The roadies here were definitely seasoned vets and we were surprised at how short the wait time was between sets. No problems with the sound or anything.
Overall the best show I've seen to date.
