Awesome show. Opening band was passionate. Toadies put on a helluva show. Helmet was interesting (never was a big fan) but also fun.

They switched the venue on us, which kinda sucked. Supposed to be in an intimate small venue inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Instead, they moved it to poolside. Poolside is not fun in October.

Great show by long-time Ft. Worth rockers. While they don't jump around the stage much, they play nothing but good, hard, honest rock and that's the point. Definitely worth seeing and I'm finally happy they came to a place close to where I live.

Great show!!! Even when the fight broke out and the group left the stage. Because of that, I got to hear my favorite song twice!!!! Will see them again whenever they come to town!!!! (please pay no attention to my nickname. Was created for a horrible show that I saw last year and not this venue)

had a fantastic time! the toadies rocked my socks off! they played a good mixture of their new and old songs. helmet was so hard and gnarly, had a great time watching these 2 bands. The vogue is one of my favorite places to watch shows!!

Toadies proved that they still rock!! Not only did they sound great live, but they put on a stellar show. Playing the oldies (which had the whole crowd singing) and showcasing the new stuff. All around, just great.

Helmet was good as well. The only problem I had with their set was that I felt like the vocals were not up enough.

Ume was good. Helmet is much better than I realized. The Toadies are my favorite band and they reminded me why. They are just amazing live. Their energy is incredible and their sound is one of a kind.

The Vogue is a pretty awesome venue, always has been, but my one complaint was when they threw my printed ticket that had a signature from the band in the trash! I made them give it back to me. They said it was to prevent "pass outs." I don't get that since a ticket can only be scanned once. This was my first time seeing the Toadies live and i loved every minute of it!!!!!!

Seen them 8 times and they never lose energy. This was by far the best set list they've played. If you need to be knocked unconscious by music alone...see this band.

After all these years the Toadies still rock!! The songs from the Rubberneck Album still sound relevant to today's musical standards and their newer material is great too. They sounded great live. They got the crowd into the show from the very first song "Backslider" through "Away" and "Tyler" being the highlights for me. I would see them again if they come back to town.

Unfortunately, Helmet, which is a completely different style of music than the Toadies, played for about 2 hours, and didn't let the Toadies on until 11:30. Not Helmet's fault, but the sound was awful - someone at Paradise messed up. Once the sound was finally fixed, Helmet still just sounded bad, and with frequent interruptions to talk to the crowd instead of getting their set over with.

It has been over 10 years since I last saw the Toadies live and they continue to entertain and amaze me. With numerous albums to choose from, I was pleasantly surprised that they played many songs from Rubberneck.

Downside - The opening act Ume, may be a wonderful band, but the sound was off and their entire set sounded like crap. At first I thought it was just me, but the second Helmet took the stage they realized something was wrong and made the sound guys take care of the problem before they continued to play. Unfortunate that Ume's performance was lost due to bad sound.

Helmet, a band I am not familiar with, was great. Their energy was high, nice interaction with the crowd, and they just look to be having loads of fun on stage.

This was my first time seeing Toadies, a band my brother and I rocked out to back in high school, and it was one of the best shows I've seen! The energy was incredible. They didn't come back out for an encore and I can't blame 'em - I hope they passed out and took the longest nap ever after that show, they deserved it!
