Favorite moment: Gas Head live was a great surprise, but it is hard to beat Lightening Crashes live...so much emotion! @

This was an amazing show!!! LIVE puts on one of the best "live" shows you will ever see. The energy level was amazing and they sounded incredible! This was the second time I've seen them at HOB and I would go again in a heartbeat!!! I have never seen any other band where so many people are singing along with every word!!

Overall, I thought Live was incredible. The show was captivating, entertaining and had true personality. The Band sounded great and the performance was awesome!

However, having Balcony Seats presented a challenge during this venue. There were 4 people a few rows in front of us who would NOT SIT THEIR ASSES DOWN. While I truly understand the desire to jam, stand and dance....THEY WERE COMPLETELY DISRESPCTFUL TO THE REST OF US WHO ALSO PAID $100 TO SEE THIS CONCERT! And although they were asked several times, by HOB Staff and fellow concert-goers, they continued to be self-absorbed and STAND. THE HOUSE OF BLUES NEEDS TO DO A MUCH BETTER JOB IN HANDLING THESE SITUATIONS! WE ALL PAID THE SAME AMOUNT OF CASH TO SEE THE SHOW...and unfortunately those 4 were the only ones who got to see LIVE entirely!

Once again LIVE has proven to be one of he most talented group of musicians working today. Eddie is an unbelievable singer and performer with vocal range and control that few can match. The boys behind him also proved their abailites are not limited to the studio. All in all, LIVE rules and I hope they return at some point down the road. Amazing show!!!

I have seen Live in concert already quite a few times and I always liked their performance on stage.
Passionate, great interaction with the crowd and adding the little extra to just playing tracks from the CD.

This time I specifically liked the venue, House of Blues in San Diego is just the perfect environment for such a band and made it a remarkable evening!

I've been to many Live concerts over the years, and this one was one of the best. Live, like most bands, always performs better when the crowd is into it. And this crowd was definitely into it.
For loyal Live fans, this show took on some added meaning, as the band members previously announced they'd be taking a two-year hiatus. As it turned out, this was their next-to-last show before that break began.
The group started off their set with "Top" -- a song from "Throwing Copper" that they've seldom performed in recent years. It's an intense tune that really amped up an already charged crowd.
During the anthemic "I Alone," lead singer Ed Kowalcyzk typically belts out lyrics to another song about halfway through. In this case, it was a tribute to Michael Jackson. Kowalcyzk tested his vocal range and implored the crowd to sing along to his impression of "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough." It was a fun moment.
Another surprise was the band's performance of "Supernatural," a cover of a song written by Vic Chesnutt. For those who remember "MTV Unplugged," Live performed this tune when they appeared on the show during the height of their popularity in the mid-'90s. It's a favorite of this reviewer.
If you saw the movie "Zak and Miri Make A Porno," you heard the never-released Live song, "Hold Me Up," during the pivotal moment of the film. Well, Live rewarded Cleveland concert-goers with a rare live performance of the song. And, they rocked it.
The band performed three songs from the dark and obscure Secret Samadhi album -- "Lakini's Juice" (perhaps Live's heaviest rock song), "Turn My Head" (probably their most romantic) and "Gas Hed Goes West" (another great track that they've rarely performed in concert).
Of course, they kept casual Live fans happy by performing the aforementioned "I Alone, as well as radio favorites "Lightning Crashes" and "All Over You."
They ended the night with this reviewer's all-time favorite -- "White, Discussion." It's an all-out rocker that is meant to be seen and heard live and in person.

This was my 4th time seeing Live and the best time. I had never seen them at a small venue. The acoustics were perfect, and it was nice to be up close!

Live is still at the top of their game & had a flawless performance. They brought out the old as well as the new to a sold out show on Saturday. A bit too crowded in GA section & seemed like everyone in the crowd was singing along to all the tunes as we remember the great hits they had & they did not miss a beat. GREAT show!

Live was great, as usual. However, the balcony crowd was a bunch of lazy a-holes.
My wife and I were continuously harassed for standing up! Yes, you heard me right, for STANDING UP! We were even escorted from our seats by security! They did not escort any of the other 15 or so people who were also STANDING UP! Tell me, how can you just sit down at a LIVE concert? So, we will never attend any event at the HOUSE OF BLUES in cleveland EVER AGAIN. That is a shame because a lot of great bands stop there, but i do not pay top dollar to see one of my favorite bands to be told to SIT DOWN!

Okay, Casino Rama is NOT my favourite venue for a concert. It was about 5 hours round trip for 80 minutes of LIVE. They put on an amazing show. The venue acoustics are great, Ed sounds incredible and looks sexier than ever. I felt badly for them, however, because the crowd was terrible. Nobody was on their feet (except a few lucky folks up at the stage) despite Ed requesting that everyong stand up. In fact, I was even asked to sit down during the encore - even though I was near the back. They played a lot of their hits, though they didn't play Overcome. I could have definitely handled a longer show - and was quite disappointed that they didn't even play 'til 11pm.

The house of blues is my favorite venue in Cleveland. We arrived early so we could have dinner and skip the line. The food as usual was tasty. The event was sold out, so there were more people than I have ever seen waiting to get in early. Standing room only seats were good. No matter where you stand in the HOB, you have a good view. I don't think there was any air conditioning, or if there was, I didn't feel it. The band really put it out there and rocked! A lot of energy! The sound was good. Audience interaction was pretty good! The opening bands, for once, were a real treat. All the bands signed autographs after the event which was a nice treat! Security was good...not overbearing and pushy like most events in Cleveland!

Live was great they played all the clasic live tunes. Live didn't taked the stage until 10:45 and the warmup bands were not that great could have been the accoustics but Live did sound good. Live show was great but was a little short only playing an hour long.

THE OPENING SUCKED, BUT SEEING LIVE WAS WORTH IT. THE ACOUSTICS IN THE HOUSE OF BLUES WAS NOT THE GREATEST I'VE HEARD. WHEN THE BAND MEMBERS SPOKE YOU COULN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WERE SAYING. ED DID AN AMAZING JOB AS ALWAYS! THE MUSIC IS AMAZING. JUST CLOSE YOUR EYES AND YOU CAN FEEL IT. GREAT JOB GUYS!
