DeYoung was filled with energy and song as his band did a great job performing the music of Styx. He and his band performed many of the old hits and never missed a note. Deyoung proves once again his efforts to put together a band and play without the other original members of Styx was flawless. The vocals were clear and crisp as they played such hits as Blue collar man, Desert moon, Lady, Laurali, Mr Roboto, and of course Renegade. The crowd was into the music from the first note. DeYoung performed with humor and signed some old Vinyl while storytelling. I thought it was one of the best live shows I have seen. The small venue at the Hampton Beach Casino allow for good sound but better visuals of the band. There really isn't a bad seat. If someone you want to see is playing at Hampton buy a ticket!

At age 63, he is truly amazing. He played all the Styx hits we wanted to hear. He was extremely energetic and funny; an amazing performer. I would recommend this show in a heartbeat. Worth the money and then some. If you are a Dennis Deyoung fan or a Styx fan, this is a "must see" show.

This is the third time I've seen Dennis DeYoung perform after leaving Styx. I won't go see the band touring as Styx. Dennis DeYoung IS Styx. His voice hasn't changed a bit in all these years. Such a great show. I will go see him ANYTIME he comes to my town. Thanks so much for coming Dennis! Please come back soon!

That was my first reaction to seeing this show advertised. I am a huge Night Ranger fan and sure appreciate Styx. NR did not disappoint and I'll cherish my meet and greet photo for life. Dennis Deyoung however floored me. At 66 he sounds like he did 30 years ago. He has never lost a step and sounds fabulous. His band is just as great and will deliver all that you need to hear as a Styx fan.

Dennis DeYoung is a force of nature. His performance was enigmatic and full of energy. Most aged rockers have fattened up and lost a lot of what we remembered. Dennis was a trim ball of energy. His voice resonated the same as if I was listening in the 80's. I have also seen Styx live (Without Dennis DeYoung). There is no comparison. Dennis DeYoung is the real voice of Styx.

The show was totally awesome, we had a great time, he had the audience in the palm of his hand. I saw Stxy regular when Dennis was fronting Styx. The guitarist he he had were out of this world and the crowd was into the music. 90% pf tje time they were up on thier feet and rockin. If and when he comes back into the area I will be going back to see him.

I have always been a big fan of classic Styx. I never got to see them in my youth, and got the chance to see Dennis DeYoung on March 1 in Riverside, CA. HOLY COW!! This was the show I was waiting for. Even at the age of 66 (can you believe it?), Dennis sounds just as good today as in the 1980's. All your favorite Styx songs were included in the set. His band is AWESOME, and had a singer that sounds very much like Tommy Shaw.

After seeing a recent concert of the current Styx lineup on TV lately, I would recommend going to see Dennis DeYoung over Styx if you get the chance. The singer Styx has to sing the songs that Dennis sang just can't pull off the magic.

We saw Styx in 1978 and without question, there is no other like Dennis DeYoung. Great to hear him live again. Thanks for the wonderful memories. We brought our two adult kids to the event as well. Never forget sharing this with them too!

First time seeing DeYoung since he was with STYX and he was fantastic. Sorry to say...
DeYoung blew away Tommy Shaw and the current " STYX" that we have seen several times. The band rocked and the show was great! The only negative was seeing De Young
(In great shape) but looking old with his short gray hair. He had energy and sang like the
Rock Star that he is, but, he didn't look like a Rock Star. A little makeover would make him
a bigger hit and pull in a younger crowd that won't be disappointed.

Having first seen Styx in 1978 and six more times since, I can compare performances and must say Dennis is still in great form. His voice and stage presence are still excellent. Although this was not a Styx concert, the music sounded like Styx. Sitting in the second row certainly made the experience even better. A great concert!

I have seen Dennis DeYoung 2 times before and loved the show. This time was extra-great since it included Tommy Shaw songs as well. Even though Tommy was not singing them,they still sounded awesome. Dennis' voice is stronger than ever.

Great show. Dennis is energetic, funny and very interactive with the crowd. Much better than seeing the new Styx lineup in concert. His sound is fanastic and he has a great band playing with him.
