Such an unforgettable night with amazing groups. The Hunger were very good surprisingly engaging for an opening act; Otherwise followed and man they emitted and infected the crowd with energy it was quite unexpected for me; Papa Roach's ability in translating the crowd's euphoria and re-feeding it to us seemed nearly destined to be the climactic point of the evening. However, Bush were determined to prove their status as the main event and did they steal the night. As soon as they emerged on stage the crowd whipped itself into a frenzy and as they continued into the set they completely blew past my expectations and demonstrated why after nearly 20 years they are still performing. So much adrenalin pumping from an established group that hardly have anything to prove. Waiting outside the venue in the cold seemed like nothing since during the wait we were invited for a meet and greet with Papa Roach, who were so lovely (sorry to let everyone know). We felt so fortunate already that by the end of the night after the amazing performances we raged on despite having been so close to asphyxiation (really the crowd in the front rows were so frenzied...) or our bleeding, pulsating feet.

The entire concert was great from the opening bands to the headliners. Saying all that, Papa Roach hit it out of the park. Bush was good but seemed to struggle from the start.

Gavin's still got it! great show, great venue! they played new stuff and old, he even went out into the crowd for one of his songs, it was awesome! Lots of energy and unlike other bands that have been around for awhile he genuinely seemed happy to be there and bummed that there wasn't time for more songs :-)

Thoroughly enjoyed myself! Civil Twilight was great but Bush was unbelievable!!! I have always enjoyed their music, but I was amazed at how they perform live. They rocked it hard and really got the crowd involved. Gavin Rossdale came out into the crowd and walked thru one of the orchestra levels at the Tabernacle. Thank god i was sitting here!!! I had an unbelievable time and would go see Bush again in a heartbeat!!!

First the bad news. I was not able to purchase the discounted General Admission tickets because they were sold out, so I was forced to purchase VIP General Admission tickets on the LiveNation website, which was supposed to give me access to the VIP room. The tickets were more expensive and when we got to the show, I was told that I only had General Admission tickets and was not honored the VIP status that I paid extra for.

OK, with that of my chest. This was one of the best BUSH concerts I have seen. Gavin rocked the Tabernacle from the very first song to the last. He went into the upper deck and was singing from there while giving out high fives and hugs to the screaming woman.

The band played tight, Gavins voice sounds great!

Only weird thing about the whole concert, NO ENCORE! Never been to a concert without an encore. Not sure what that was all about.

Highly recommend seeing this show.

I love the Tabernacle! Such a nice small venue. The opening act,a local band,was good.A bluesy,jazzy band with a soulful female singer. I personally did not care for Civil Twilight.Their songs all sounded pretty much the same and boring to me
Bush was amazing.Gavin Rossdale is so energetic,so sexy on stage. They played all of their hits and a few songs from their latest CD.During 1 song Gavin came out into the crowd,that was awesome!!

while people were outside waiting for autographs and pics...the new orleans HOB workers intentionally lied and said they were already on the bus and would NOT be signing ANY autographs and we HAD to leave the area, not politely either. However, they were not on the bus, and DID indeed sign autographs and take pics with fans. We spent good money to be there, only to basically be treated like we had nothing better to do?! EVERYONE knows Gavin Rossdale spends time with his fans after his shows....I may never spend another cent at The HOB in New Orleans again! And that would be a shame because the place itself is awesome. Their outdoor workers need to be trained how to treat people with respect, nobody disrespected them when we were lied to.......btw, this is not "just about" getting an autograph or picture, it's about the way it was handled....a flat out lie...shame on you, I guess you felt the need to be "in charge" of what???? NOTHING!

Gavin still has it. The venue was great to see and interact with a band that greatly influenced music in the '90s. PLAY YOUR OWN MUSIC, Gavin! I didn't come to hear Pink Floyd or the Beatles. I would have preferred BUSH songs over the covers. Otherwise, the concert was incredible as was my experience in the pit, second row.

Wow what a venue! Bush was all over it. Playing to the crowd all night Gavin gave it all. All theyre hits n then some. And oh yeah all of a sudden hes in the back by the bar right in front of me high fiving n sweating all over my wife. Her rock star moment.! If they come to the ritz again im there !

I've always loved Bush and I've seen them live three times now. They put on an amazing show every time, but to see them at a small intimate venue like the Ritz was simply EPIC. Hands down one of the best shows I've ever seen, and I've been to many, many great shows. Bush is an amazing band and Gavin and the others are so cool and down to earth, they were even hanging around outside before the show talking to fans. Simply EPIC!!!
