My husband and I have been waiting a long time for Sammy Kershaw to come to the DFW area and we were not disappointed. He was extremely engaging with the audience the entire evening and his love of music clearly shined through. We loved hearing all the old songs, but enjoyed the newest ones that he sang as well. Sammy's versatility as a singer and musician was evident in the various music genres that were included in his show. His versions of Lynyrd Skynrd's "Gimme Back My Bullets" and Black Foot's "Train, Train" were absolutely amazing as well as his tribute song to George Jones. If there was anything that fell short it was purely due to personal sentiment. We would have liked to have heard "Love Me, Loving You". My husband and I were married just last April and it was our wedding first dance song,

We look forward to when Sammy comes back to this area. We will definitely be there!!

I haven't had this much fun at a concert in a long time. I love that Billy Bob's brings such great performers to Fort Worth at such affordable prices.
