What a wonderful way to start the holidays...an evening with Kenny G! His music brought tears to my eyes, as the beauty of his music washed over me. I am so thankful that I gave myself this gift. I will keep my eyes open for future concert dates of his - for sure! The other members in his band are talented musicians in their own right. The time they have been together as a band came through loud and clear in the quality of the music they shared with us. And it was great to see, based on the looks on their faces, that they were really enjoying what they were doing...that it wasn't just a grind...another stop on the tour. What a blessing for all who attended.

This is my third attendance of kg's concert over the last 20+ years. The artist was great as usually but the sitting arrangements was not. Thee was only one tiny overhead TV screen blocked to others by drop down speakers arrangements in addition the CD purchased at the show was blank.

I was pleasantly surprised on how beautiful the concert was! I've listened to Kenny for years but didn't know how truly entertaining he was.

We have attended his concerts before in Seattle and hope he comes back to the Tri-Cities and we will attend. We think he puts on a terrific show BUT it was advertised as his Holiday Show and us and people around us really thought we'd also get some Christmas music and were disappointed in that one aspect. We applaud him for being out in the foyer and signing his discs and being available to the public. His black drummer is amazing, altho his whole band is awesome. Please invite him back, but please include at least 3 Christmas songs from his wonderful Christmas CD's in the show next time.

I have listened to KennyG since 1990. He's Smooth Jazz, he's Latin, he's Rockin'. He showed himself to be very personable and into his audience. He started the show playing in the audience and took off from there. My wife and I are into dancing and he has got some great songs for that. Kenny- tell all your performer friends the Tri-Cities is the place to perform for an appreciative audience.

My wife and I had crappy seats because our view of the big screen in the back of the stage is being blocked by the speaker hanging from the ceiling that cascaded down onto stage level. Other than that, I highly recommend this concert to other people. Kenny G is very engaging with his audiences. He not only brings his brand of music but he interjects humor and comedy in his dialogue with the audience. All band members performed solo performance with their respective musical instruments. It was amazing to see the talent level of everybody in the group.

Great show! His comfortable style of playing several songs while walking around audience was very well received. His musicians are unbelievable, and they feature each one in a unique solo. My only regret was I wish he had played some of his Christmas music. But the show was VERY MUCH worth it even without the holiday tunes.

Kenny G is a gracious and amazing performer. I would recommend his concert absolutely any time. I would like to see two screens up for those of us on the floor due to the hanging speakers blocking the view of the screen, but the acoustics, otherwise, were great. His whole band is so full of talent and it is obvious they have been together a long time because of they way they play with each other.

Overall Kenny G put on a great show. I went there expecting to hear Kenny G play the saxaphone but was amazed at the other top notch musicians he has in his band, particularly the percussionist. The sound seemed pretty good in the Toyota Center except for a couple of numbers that may have been a bit too loud. Overall a great experience and if he comes here againIi would definitely go.

I enjoyed the concert immensely but I found all the selling an imposition and distraction. I guess I am getting too damm old but all this standing and going out in front of people to buy stuff plus people who talk during a concert tick me off. Of course, the casual attitude may be do in part to the venue.

Such talent. His solo first encore was unbelievable. I thought we would have a Christmas song but today I will play my Christmas CD, shut my eyes and see Kenny G.

This show was completely professional and extremely well put together. The fact that his group has been together so long says everything about Kenny G and his show. All of the performers are fabulous, and of course Kenny G is the absolute best. We will be looking forward to his next performance here or close to here and his recordings.

It's easy to forget in the wake of his incredible portfolio of syrupy songs that Kenny G is a brilliant performer as well...and one with an EXCELLENT road band! I like his music a song at a time, once a day or so - NOT song after song after song. But the combination of his really excellent, semi-self-deprecating sense of humor, his technical brilliance on the sax and a road band that is as tight as any group I've ever seen or heard (and WAY better than the vast majority of them) made for a very different evening than I expected. Yes, he played his hits. And a few other things. But the staging was simple, clean and incredibly effective; the sound was better than I have ever heard in that particular building (still no idea how the sound guy got THAT to happen - it's a danged BARN!) and starting and ending the concert with Kenny out IN the audience worked extremely well.

Kenny G was FABULOUS. His band is outstanding and to anyone who wasn't there, you missed out on a very wonderful show! Whatever your opinion about Kenny G as an artist or whatever you think of his music, there is no argument as to his talent, his class, his personability, and his dedication to his craft!

Kenny sounded great, the band was great and the interaction among the band members demonstrated a genuine friendship.

The banter was lighthearted and funny. Kenny has a funny edge to him and the entire show was entertaining from start to finish.

I attended with apprehensions of falling to sleep to Kenny's melodic tempo, but to my surprise most of his tracks were upbeat, especially the cuts that he performed from his latest Latin rhythm album. I was totally energized from his performance.
I was particularly impressed with his connection with the audience, he mingled through the audience twice and was not rushing through but seemed to make eye contact with just about everyone that was in attendance.
I was amazed to say the least, even though the ticket prices were a little steep, it was worth it to have my perspective of Kenny G and his band changed.
Highly recommend others to go see him if the opportunity arises.Hi

There were 4 of us that went, it was my mother's 60th bday present and I invited some friends to go, we had wonderful seats 5th row from the stage, middle. My mother was so impressed, not only was it a fabulous show but the technique of Kenny's breathing is very impressive. The show was very personable and entertaining with beautiful music. I must say the percussionist is HOT and can play like no tomorrow, the group as a whole is completely talented. The fact that the complete band would stay over until the last guest left for the night to sign cd's was such a pleasant surprise and very endearing.. However when we purchased the tickets it said holiday concert, however no Holiday music was played. The only other problem was that we were practically sitting on top of each; a little space between the seats would have been nice. We all would be going to his show again if he came back to the Tri Cities! Thank you Kenny G!
