Favorite moment: Her heartfelt intros to Dylan's Tryin' to Get to Heaven and Springsteen's Factory, and Doug's wonderful pedal steel playing on both. @
Setlist: (Not all in correct order): Lake Charles, World Without Tears, Side of the Road, Concrete and Barbed Wire, Drunken Angel, Over Time, Crescent City, Can’t Let Go, Down the Big Road Blues, Everything Has Changed, Tryin’ to Get to Heaven, Bitter Memory, Pineola,
Well, Well, Well, Changed the Locks, Joy, One or two more new songs, Encore (Passionate Kisses, Factory, Blessed) @
Opening act(s): None. @
Thoroughly enjoyed Lucinda's show, accompanied only by Doug P. on an army of guitars, pedal steel, and mandolin. Lucinda was as upbeat as I've seen her, looked very comfortable, and her chemistry and musical interplay with Doug were terrific. Doug's playing is perfect for her songs. She included 2 or 3 very good new songs. Only thing preventing this from being a 5 is that she didn't do some of my favorites of hers, but then, she has so many good songs I don't blame her.
