This was one of the most amazing concerts that I have ever seen! He played continuous without an intermission until the finish and then came back with an encore and played for another 30-45 minutes at least. He was very grateful to the audience. His band is as incredible as he is and each one very versatile with the ability to play multilple instruments. This is a must see concert!

Paul Simon by anyone's standards is an American Legend. He's been making incredible music for over 40 years and has generations of adoring fans. Going into this concert I had a huge emotional and sentimental attachment to his music, so regardless of the actual concert I was prepared to love it either way.

The show did not let me down. They came out and got right down to business, started playing hits from over the years and some new album tracks. The musical talent in his band is unreal. Within the first 3 songs I had noticed that each of the band members was switching between instruments for each song, I think at one point there were five of them playing guitar and bass together, so awesome.

This was also my first show at The Music Box, and of that I am also now a fan. We were situated to the side of the main pit speakers and the sound was perfect. No heavy bass or distortion, it sounded just like playing the LP at home with the volume turned up, I've never been to a concert that sounded so good.

I've always loved Paul Simon's attitude that comes across in his music. It's a story teller's attitude of watching and witnessing these life events but 'just letting it all go and letting it be'. Then adding lots of bright, sparkling, sunlit descriptive, or moody words to what he is experiencing- yet all laid back.

this was a once in a lifetime event that i was honored to support and be a part of. seeing these wonderful musicians sing is always amazing but seeing them together with their children and family members sing was just such an unforgettable night!!! classy & beautiful thank you

A very loose and relaxed atmosphere of families together in song while celebrating a most worthy cause, The Children's Health Fund. Loved the pairing of Paul Simon and his talented daughter, Lulu, and later with wife Edie Brickell. Sting and wife Trudie Styler did a glorious comedic turn with "Anything you can do I can do better". Would have liked to hear him sing at least one song solo. The Wilson sisters, Aaron Neville, and Vince Gill and family were great. Steve Martin and his band were terrific! Rita Wilson sang 3 songs accompanied by hub Tom Hanks. James Taylor and wife Caroline were harmonious honey. BTW, we were upgraded from the 3rd Mez rear to Orchestra. A MILLION THANK YOUS!!!!

Old stars and their family members, but family members did not belong on stage except for a few moments. I did not come to see Rita Wilson (Tom Hank's wife) sing three songs and Heart sing one. I get the family thing but the stars sparingly performed and when they did, they did not play their own songs. They are/were famous for their music and as many times as we may have heard their songs, you go to see them play them again. As for "finale", never would have imagined that this all star cast would come out together to sing one song, God Bless America, and to sing song and sing it without inspiration. Even that went out on a whimper. I happily paid top dollar for great seats but even considering the charitable foundation for this event, I felt ripped off. Stevie Wonder was great!

So your opening act is Steve Martin, cracking wise and playing banjo with some incredible musicians. That's followed up with James Taylor...ya got Sting, Ruben Blades, Paul Simon and Stevie Wonder closing it, with James Taylor, Stevie Wonder, Sting, Ruben Blades singing back-up to Paul Simon. What's there not to love?

I thought it was a good score when I got an email from Ticketmaster a few days before the show offering Orchestra seats. I didn't realize that it was probably because they were desperate to sell tickets. The highlight of the show was the first act with Steve Martin. The fiddle player was awesome. Aaron Neville has the voice of an angel and Stevie Wonder was and still is one of my favorite musicians. Paul Simons daughter was another surprise with her beautiful voice. The rest of it was lackluster. Sting was especially disappointing and the rendition of Late in the Evening, one of my favorite songs was lame.

very disappointing concert. The focus was the fundraising aspect; this is a reasonable approach for people who are involved in the charity, but not for someone from the general public who just wanted to see a concert. This is a very worthwhile cause, but it was not what I expected. Paul Simon said he had 2 days to put it together, and it showed. Many of the acts were silly--I had been looking forward to seeing Sting, not his wife. Rita Wilson is not a good enough of a singer to be up there. There was very little energy on stage. I was excited to see Stevie Wonder, but the songs were not exciting.

Spent a large sum of money to see Paul Simon, Sting, JT and Stevie Wonder. Next thing it becomes a family sing along with some Members who can't sing. didn't pay to see Sting sing that abysmal song wife his wife...Should've advertised it as such from the Start.
But , it was charity.
