Now that you have completed your 2012 European tour, when will we see another performance in the USA? I am still sorry to have missed the big Las Vegas concert on April 1 last year when you were honored, and now haven't seen you since July 1, 2010!

Opening act(s): Philippa Hanna, included Raggedy Doll, and I Am Amazing. Got the audience by including "you take the high road", more prep than Lionel ! Having heard "I'm amazing" thought we'd give her a go, the video encore of "I'm Amazing" just proved that live is almost as good as "Studio" ! @

Although Philappa Hanna (support for the night was pretty good (very strong voice) She came out 20 mins late, setting the tone for the whole night ! but having read reviews of other dates on this tour this seems standard. we've seen Lionel 3 time now. This was by far the worst, we can only echo most of the low scoringof the othe Lionel review. Over priced tickets a set list wich had all his staples in but for some reason had 20 mins of the commodores "never heard ofs" plus he also did 'Still', 'Easy', 'Three Times a Lady' & 'Sail on' So turned out to be The commodores featuring Lione Richie without any of the "dores" actually being there. I had wondered how he'd manage the duet/colabs off the Tuskegee album as this was the "Tuskegee tour" He solved it very slickly by not mentioning Tuskegee or refrencing the album not even once ! All in all "short changed seemed to be the feeling as our section of the crowd left, final defining moment being the one "down beat" song "Goodbye" that served as an encore of a fasion All I can say is for 63 he managed to get through the set effortlessly &weI've been a fan for 30 years but this was our last live Lionel gig ! Value for money NO! I've got all the CD's/videos can ply what I like when I like (VFM) Lionel living on past glories !

Lionel Richie and Friends in concert was great. I was actually in Vegas to see Rod Stewart and was scheduled to fly out that Monday, but when I found out Lionel Richie would be there, I cancelled the flight and booked one more night. Needless to say.....it was well worth it! To be a part of that event was amazing. To see the making of a TV program in action, the talent in the MGM Grand Theatre was unbelievable. The highlight of the concert was when Kenny Rogers and Lionel Richie sang Lady. I don't think there was a dry eye in the place. Amazing to see two icons on stage together. For me, the best part of the experience came afterwards. As I was walking in the casino, a group of people approached me and a hand from the crowd stuck out and reached for mine. As I looked up, it was Lionel Richie. He grabbed my hand, shook it and held it as he looked me straight in the eyes and asked me how I was doing and how was my night going. We chatted briefly about the concert and Vegas. I was in awe, but remained calm and collected. (by the hardest) lol A memory I will never forget. Oh and by the way, the night before, at Caesar's Palace, I met Rod Stewart. Life is good!

The Theater is small so every seat makes you feel close to the stage. It was very easy to get to only steps away from the subway exit. The additional stars who graced the stage were exciting to hear in person. Sinbad was hilarious as our host and he had Lionel in stiches.

We attended the ACM Awards the previous evening and it was wonderful. However, this concert, Lionel Richie & Friends in Concert, was a once-in-a-lifetime experience!!! It was truly worth every cent we spent coming to Vegas just to see this show!!! A little girl in the row in front of us, probably about 7 or 8 years old, stood and danced for the entire concert! Also, my 77 year old Mom attended with me and my husband....and, she was throwing her arms in the air, enjoying every minute! Just witnessing how the music was enjoyed by all ages made the experience awesome!!!

Lionel Richie is definitely a music legend and this special proved how great his music truly is. He has taken his oldies but goodies and turned them into COUNTRY GOLD with some of the top names in the country music industry! It doesn't matter if you're 9 or 99 you'll love this one. If you're a Lionel Riche fan you'll soon LOVE country music. If you're a country music fan you are about to experience the "Master" at work! Lionel Richie is one of a kind!

Lionel Richie & Friends in concert was the best concert I've ever attended. It was like paying for two concerts for the price of one. Legendary country artists singing some of The Commodores/Lionel's greatest hits with him or for him was simply amazing. Lionel's solo performances were flawless, exciting the memory banks as each familiar ballet was belted out to the crowd's overwhelming cheers. Knowing that the performance was being recorded to be televised April 13 on CBS made the show even more special for me because I knew that it was a once in a lifetime event and that I will be able to watch it over and over again after it broadcast. The next few days following had me constantly thinking about how AWESOME the concert was. I took my mother for her birthday and she too could not stop thinking about all the wonderful performances. Definitely a concert we both will cherish forever. Thanks Lionel.

That was another night of great performances from Tim Mcgraw to all the great performers that sung some of Lionel Richies greatest songs, each and every artist did a fabulous job and I had a great time singing along. My time in Vegas was well worth it.

Over all this was an Awesome show. I do believe it was a fantastic way to end the ACM weekend in Las Vegas! We had a blast with all the Country that was goin on all around Vegas. Ticketmaster thank you so much for getting great tickets. Althought at the Zac Brown Fan Jam I wished I would of stayed with my original purchase. But other than that...ticketmaster was great with the tickets and communication with me prior to both events. Great Job!!!

Nice way to end the ACM weekend in Las Vegas!

It was a great concert when Lionel and Friends were performing but I felt like I paid a lot of money for the seats to not have good seats, they also let all the nose bleed seats come down before the concert to lower seats because it did not sell out so I felt for what I paid and where I was seated was not good, and that people that paid a lot less than me received better seats than me once they allowed them to move down. Other than that it was a great show

This concert was totally boring. After each song there was a break of several minutes for the changes and requierements for the CBS taping. In the first hour only 5 songs were performed. So the whole event lasted up to 11 p.m. because of all the breaks. It should have communicxated before the ticket purchase.
And Lionel Richie was very nervous and it was one of his worst performances. The worst was the duet with Kenny Rodgers.
I would never have bought this ticket if I had known that this was not a regular concert. Too expensive for this crap.

Great show by all artist. This was a tapping for a to be broadcast on April 13th show. Too much time between acts due to set up and filming in segments. Not live action like nomal concert. I would have much perferred the non stop action as opposed to the big televilsion breaks. Even thought the show was really great and i can't wait for the televised show, I would not have paid the price we paid to attend. I would have waited for a REAL CONCERT.

Please no offense to all the great artists. This is just the way i feel about it.
