I liked how good the buffet food was before the show. I was very surprised. They served prime rib!! Ted Nugent was as usual, AWESOME!!

Ted was into it and put on a great show, My 10 yr old daughter loved it as much as I did. Enjoyed it a ton.

The Star theater needs a few more bouncers to keep people in their seats but instead of making the Celebrity Circle people happy they would rather save a few bucks on security. Nothing worse than having to be your own bouncer kicking people back to the seats they paid for instead of standing up front were they dont belong!

Show was the most intense I've been to in a long time. Warm up act was pretty good. Ted is a great showman. his concert was very much all at the same high level. He could have played a bit longer, but for the cost of the tickets and considering the intensity level, that's probably why. I would definitely see him again. Holiday Star is a good venue, especially with free parking. $20 is about standard for parking Chicago area venues. I expected ted to get a little overtwangy on the guitar solos but he was pretty restrained.

Outstanding show!!!!!!!!!.......Did the dinner buffet as well. We weren't expecting a big spread but boy were we wrong. The food was great....We could not have been more pleased........Great show with Uncle Ted!!!!!!!!!!!..........Can't wait to see another show and get the dinner again as well............GREAT JOB STAR THEATER

Ted is a little rough. Did not like all the swearing. I like loud music but this was unbearable. I am glad I brought ear plugs. Maybe I am getting too old for this. Did not stay to the end. Left early.

The motor city madman was excellent I went with my buddies and fourteen year old daughter she absolutely loved it and so did we. He kept the crowd going with continous music and talking he was very motivating. I am suprised the place was not filled I would recomend people to go see him if they like rock and roll. Keep it up Ted

Ted performed flawlessly as he always does. Drinks were a bit spendy. I see him every time he comes close to town. Even went to Tower, MN to see him a couple of years ago (not really, I was already there fishing and broke away to see his show on Labor Day). As long as he continues to perform, I'll be there to enjoy his show.

Styx and Reo were great, the sound was perfect, whoever runs the sound board had a perfect balance between the audience hearing all the lyrics and the music. Just Perfect. Plus both played the crowd.

Nugent, Many of us in my section 108 had to plug our ears the sound was so distorted. Actually sounded better with the ears plugged, took away the distortion if that makes any sense. Plus Ted just stayed in the center of the stage, instead of just playing, complained alot about his personal agenda. We have been seeing all three bands since the 70's and cannot believe how Ted Nugent disappointed our group. Styx is always like a homecoming, grew up listening to the Panozzo brother (i realized one is gone and the other only plays once in awhile) and Dennis (not with the group either) but JY is the only original, original, we would watch for $2.00 at the rec center in Roseland, IL and Calumet Park, IL back in the early 70's. So proud to see them continue to have such success (always loved that Tommy Shaw joined them, so he is as close as an original as they get) THE FIVE STARS ARE FOR STYX AND REO------ NOT for Nugent he receives one

Styx sounded just as good as when I heard Cornerstone in 1981. Great energy!
REO played all the classic not losing a beat and Uncle Ted rocked the house with
12 songs as well. Quickest set changes that I have ever seen!

we have seen Styx and reo before they both played fantastic sets loved it when reo played golden country huge fan of the older reo music. first time we have seen ted nugent was very happy with his set . still has great energy good show. great turn around between groups

I grew up with Styx and Reo, and they both sounded great! Kevin Cronin still has it (!), but wonder how much longer he can do the concerts - he's looking old! Love Nugent's conservative outspoken values and taste for freedom and liberty, and he is a guitar player extraordinaire, but the excessive profanity and ear-damaging decibels at the concert were overkill and unecessary. OUCH! Maybe I am just getting old and wasn't high or drunk? Go figure! Great arena for a concert. Love VanAndel!

The show overall was good, but way too loud. You couldn't make out half the words because it was being drowned out by the music. If you remembered to bring your ear plugs, it might have been a lot more enjoyable.
