Dave really knows how to get the crowd going. His presence alone on stage is enough to excite all of us. Megadeth gave an immaculate performance of their Countdown to Extinction album and a few other songs. Being a Megadeth fan myself, I know I will drag myself however far I need to just to see them again. My girlfriend who isn't really into thrash (or Megadeth for that matter) enjoyed the show as well. She quiet and calm for the majority of Megadeth's showtime, but towards the end she was singing along. Megadeth proved once again that they are still thrash kings.

everything went great.The sound was excellent. Dave was great as always as was the rest of the band. Even the parking,was only a dollar,and was only like 50 yards from the venue.SWEET!!!!!!!

Megadeth, as usual, were on their A game. However, the Las Vegas House of Blues is not a good venue for any concert that holds more than a few hundred people. Virtually every seat in the upper areas have restricted views or cannot see the entire stage. Moreover, the venue "bleeds" you if you want to sit at a table so you can see everything (unlike the seats they sell upstairs) at the tune of $240 a table (and you have to buy the whole table).

Megadeth: very good. House of Blues: not so much

Was very disappointed in the fact that I paid 275 dollars to not be able to bring my guitar too be signed by its own signature artist. I've been waiting my whole life and am now short on rent (worth the sacrifice if I woulda got my v signed!!) other than that it was awesome. It's just a very impersonal experience to all get the same signed merchandise and all recieve the same shirt. Very great full to have had part but it could've been better. Thank you for your time.

This is for all the negative people out there who think that metal is dead. Go to a metal concert and see for yourself that metal is alive and well (that's if you can get a ticket). The show was great as usual, Dave never lets you down.

best show i have seen this year! not only was i there 8+ hours before the show started, but the bar opened early which was extremely helpful! earlier enough to grab ahold of the rails and see the band up close. Megadeth played the best show i could ask for. Thanks!!! Not too mention the show was filmed!!!!!

Megadeth came out with their most popular songs Trust and Hanger 18 following it with a single from their most recent album. They then played Countdown to Extinction straight through. It sounded pretty awesome. Wrapped it up with a few closers. They always seem to close with Holy Wars. Great show for a fan.

I loved the performance! I liked how they started off with 3 really great songs, then went into the Countdown album and played through the whole thing! The sound was great and the projectors was amazing! Completely new for Megadeth and it totally works! The images projected onto the stage fit perfectly with the music! Also I like how they tuned the instruments down to D standard. Dave Mustaine sounded great!! Personally Countdown to Extinction is the best album so I really enjoyed the concert!

Amazing!! i love megadeth... it was the first time seeing them live.. Waiting in line with a bunch of megadeth fans was an awesome moment in itself. young and old . then getting inside and listening to the opening bands ..who were good and kept us entertained while megadeth got ready. When megadeth came out.i went crazy. everybody was so loud. throwing my horns up ,jumping up and down. Moshing it up with friends and strangers. it was the best night of my life so far. Dave mustaine was amazing!! everybody killed. i wish it lasted more i could have gone all night, my ears are still ringing with deafness and i love it.

I dis not catch the opening acts because I went solely for Megadeth. They always put on a good show and are always grateful to their fans. Dave plays his heart out overtime I see Megadeth in concert. They play loud hard and fast and the fact the show was sold out is proof that they still have many years ahead of them.
