The show was amazing !!! I first saw Meatloaf 17 years ago with my husband and 3 daughters (ages 7, 9, and 11). That concert was great but we saw him at a larger venue. Twin River is a fantastic venue due to it's smaller size. Not only did Meatloaf perform his older tunes, he also sang some new songs that were great. His rendition of "Paradise By the Dashboard Lights" will always be a favorite of mine. We all sang along with him to many of his past songs. The concert was one that I will remember as being one of the best concerts I have seen !!

I would never ever go to his concert again even if it was FREE!. He is old, his crowd is old and for some reason he is playing RAP, anyone there to see Meatloaf is not fans of RAP! His voice is completely gone. We go to about 10 concerts a year and this was the first we had to walk out of!
Sorry, it was so bad this is frist time I have ever written a review, ever!

I see Meat Loaf every time he comes to CT. He is an amazing performer!! The show was fabulous!! He never leaves me disappointed. It was also my daughter's first Meat Loaf concert and she has not stopped talking about the show. He made reference to his age...65...and I think he is getting better with age!!!! Hope he never stops touring!!!

Meat Loaf was, once again amazing. He and the Neverland Express are energetic from start to finish. Great Show!

Can't believe so many people left during the show, I guess that is the problem with having a concert at a casino. Maybe if Mohegan gave less tickets to the high rollers and let actual fans buy the best seats, you wouldn't have people parading out of the show.

I have been a Meat Loaf fan for over 35 years. I have and love all his albums. I have seen him live over a dozen times and I was excited to get to see him agaiin at Mohegan Suns. Thus it pains me to report that it is time for him to retire. This concert was way below the Meat Loaf we all grew up and old with. The volume was so incredibly loud you could not hear the lyrics and it hurt your ears. It was crazy. What lyrics you could hear were not the same as in the songs you were there to hear.
It was just not the Meat Loaf concert that we all had grown to love.
So this was my good bye to live Meat Loaf concerts and from now on I will still play and enjoy his albums.

As much as I love Meatloaf, he is done. His voice is gone and his stage presence and energy has slowed dramatically. Saw him about four years ago and he was awesome. Four years later.......wow.......what a difference. Felt bad for him towards the end of the show becuase the capacity went from about 3/4 full to 1/4. People started bailing out before an hour into the show. I hope he knows it's time to put the mic on the stand and walk away.

I have never been so disappointed as I was by this show. Meatloaf has totally lost his voice. It was painful to listen to him.

Music was too loud. Our bodies were vibrating and it was hard to understand the words of the song unless you knew the song.

The arena staff was excellent.

We had a fantastic time at this concert. The venue was very nice and Meatloaf put on a fantastic show. He performed for 2 1/2 hours and it was so much fun. I am a big fan and have even flown to other states to see him but this was by far one of the best.

wow he has lost it read many poor reviews before attending concert in cleveland however I went with an open mind hoping they were wrong. They were not wrong the man cant sing anymore and its a shame to see him struggle so bad on stage. The band was awesome but meatloaf just isnt the same as he was 10 years ago I guess none of us are but when you spend 125.00 a ticket you expect better

I am the type of person who has never walked out of a bad movie, thinking it will get better. I have always finished a book for the same reason. Sadly, after 45 min. I walked out of the Meat Loaf concert, knowing it wasn't going to get any better. Meat Loaf shuffled around stage in his old man polyester pants and orthopedic shoes and butchered every song he sang. The band was louder than most of the vocals and it makes me wonder if that was intentional to drown him out. A complete waste of ticket price.

I bought these tickets for my mom for her birthday. She said the concert was very good. She really enjoyed his older ngs that he sang and thought his sense of humorous was great, she said he is a very funny man and can still very well for his age. She says she would love to go another concert of his.

I went to a Meatloaf concert 10 years ago in Omaha, NE and I was excited to be able to see him again. I believe he puts on a real good show. This concert was just as good as the one I saw 10 years ago. It hard to believe that he is 65 years old. He does a amazing show.

I figured I had to see Meatloaf once, but it really wasn't worth it. The music was good, but he can't find (let alone carry) a tune any more, and he looks very labored on stage. It was kind of sad actually.
