"The Queen of Soul" Aretha is truly one of the best . I simply love everything about her. The concert was fantastic - the gowns, the white mink coat- the titus orginal black dress (which fit her to a tee). This concert will go down in my history book of concerts as one of the best I've ever seen.

The Queen of soul was everything I thought she would be. I knew she couldn't do all of her songs, even though she was on stage for 1.5 hours, but what she did was wonderful. This was my first time seeing her but I will go again if and when I get the chance.

Aretha still can belt out a song but doesn't seem to have the stamina to put on a whole concert. She took a long bread after 30 minutes and didn't play for long after that. For a greatest hits show, there weren't many hits.

Aretha shows you why she's still the queen! Good mix of soul & spirtuality even though I wanted to hear a couple more of the old favorites. Band & back-up singers were great!
It would have been nice if they showed her on the big screen while performing because the view of her was blocked when everyone was standing. We were disappointed with the opening comedian, but overall it was a pretty good show.

Still in great voice but didn't use it to get the crowd into it.

Most songs were slow songs with high energy required on her part but not much for the crowd to do.

The show was short and had a long break and started 1 hour late.

At her age and fame some dial it in.
I flew from across the country for this show and was hoping hard that she still had it. Her voice was strong, her "band" was a 35 person orchestra. She was warm, decent and closed the concert singing that she believed in us, her audience. Very classy. I will savor this concert experience.

It was a pleasure to hear a true 70"s sound balance when listening to Aretha. The Bass had no sub-octave, the Bass drums were very lightly mic'd! It was nice not to have the abdominal sound palpitations that most current groups inappropriately project,
The 34 piece orchestra was really well rehearsed, especially when Aretha did the wonderful Gospel dedications, vamps, and repeats that she called "on the spot".
Aretha, you STILL GOT IT, of course, but try to start MORE ON TIME! (50 minutes in the seat was a lot, even for an admirer to wait with a smile!).
THANKS FOR A VERY MEMORABLE EVENING!!!!

Aretha Franklin Greatest Hits concert was excellent.I had a wonderful time watching her on stage. She was gracious beautiful and receptive to the audience.It was my first time seeing her and was star struck thoughtout the show.Her voice was awesome. Now I know why she is THE QUEEN OF SOUL.Every one including her staff were very very professional and polite to those of us that waited after the show.I would highly recommend seeing Aretha Franklin It was a great night. Thank You Ms. Aretha for the Autograph

The concert was ok even though she was very late and people were complaining. She is still a good singer.The one man show with the jokes ...it was dispensable. They should ask the orchestra to play . It would be much better cause people went for music not for jokes.

For some reason, Aretha doesn't sing the song we all want to hear: NATURAL WOMAN!!
The show was great but it started late and much to my dismay, she doesn't have the energy she used to have. The show was short and a good part of it was filled with the orchestra and the chorus.
As much as I loved the concert, as much as I appreciate Aretha's voice, I think this was the last time I went to a concert of hers.

Not only was Aretha amazing, but the band backing her up was terrific. A huge band but they did not overpower her. The unfortunate delay in the start of her performance was very unsettling at the time. The opening act was not funny to begin with and then her actual appearance did not begin until a little after 9:00. Plenty of drinks were sold during the delay. I would have tried to get a ticket to see her again the second night if I could be sure the show would start on time.
