This concert was very memorable for me, growing up listening to his music in the 1970's was a hip thing at the time. What a treat to see him perform onstage in Reno this past weekend. To able to photograph him singing some of my favorite songs was the highlight of my career as a photographer of performance art.

His softer ballads are among some of the best written songs in history. He smiled as I photographed him onstage singing to the crowd. That was a moment that doesn't go away...When he sang into the synthesizer, for one number, Do You Feel Like We Do, I was taken back in time for a brief moment to yesteryear's when I was a young woman playing his music at home on my record stereo. I still have the original vinyl I purchased," Peter Frampton Comes Alive Album." Its a little worn , with scratches and dings, but well worth keeping as memorabilia of a different time.

The band came back for an encore, which I really thought was great. I would definitely go and see one of his concerts again. Who knows, maybe I will get to meet him someday!!

What a great show. He gave the audience all that we wanted, and then added things that he wanted, that we didn't even realize we wanted until we were in the middle of it. He started out playing the "Frampton Comes Alive" album. He and the band gave it all they had and then some. He finished "Part One" with "Do You Feel." Then, he got into some new music and instrumentals. He played for maybe three hours without a break. He joked how in the past, he and the band had to take breaks so they could go backstage and do drugs, and now they don't need them, so they just keep playing! He came across as so humble. He kept making jokes about usually just playing at weddings these days, asking if we wanted to hear the Chicken Dance, and so on. It's gotta be tough, after the amazing fame he had, with the memory of it all heightened by the drugs done at the time, and then having to have to find a way to go on. So many burn out and falter after a skyrocketing period like his, but he fought his way through it. He definitely has. A consummate musician. I think he played maybe six different guitars. His keyboardist - relatively new - rocks, and I believe he still has the original bass guitarist and drummer, plus a new second lead guitar. All awesome. Straightforward. Simple. Humble. Sincere. Intense. All of us rocked out, sang our hearts out, no voice in the morning, but worth it. He kept going as long as we could. He has found a way to grow up, keep it together, and keep sharing his gift with the world! Well done!

Totally awesome show. Peter Frampton was just superb. First two hours rocked. After intermission, Peter did an hour of blues and jams. He is just amazing on his guitar. It is not often you find such a talent who can sing and play guitar so well. He was very well received by the New York audience who was pretty much on their feet for the first two hours rocking. I saw the Philadelphia June 12, 1976 show and was blown away. Getting to see this show was just as exciting and you could really feel the vibe.

Yes, he can still rock it! I saw him in '76 and he frankly still sounds great, almost the same. Very small venue, nice atmosphere, nice crowd. Would see him again in a heartbeat!

This concert was Awesome. He played straight through the "Frampton Comes Alive" album with some great commentary between songs about then and now kind of stuff. His new work is fantastic too. I really enjoyed it! They began the show promptly at 8:00 pm and didn't end until 11:05.

What a great show! I was 15 when he released FCA and couldn't make that tour.After 35 years later and the recent recovery of his lost "58 LesPaul and playing it on this tour was extra special for me! Although most seem to think that this show would be exactly as the LP,it was different,but in a good way.

The Peabody,formerly known as the Kiel Opera House,is such a great venue,probably one of the most acousticaly sound venues is St.Louis.Every seat in the house is great,and comfortable as well.

I really enjoyed the show,and after he played FCA,he went on to play some newer material that was good also.All totalling approximately 2 Hrs and 50 Mins.We don't see that much anymore?

The fact that he brought out the recovered "58 LesPaul was extra special.Usually those kinds of guitars with that kind of history behind them get retired,it's very cool that he brought it out for this tour.Great show Peter!

Comes Alive in i'ts entirety,but the most energy was in the more recent solo material he performed. His band was very talented and jammed with him on a number of songs.Peters voice was amazing as always.He is a joy to see live!

Music and venue was great. Mr. Frampton is a great musicain, he just needs to get over himself. It would have been a better show if he wasn't so worried about getting his picture taken or not have it taken. Also if the staff wouldn't worry about if people were clapping, dancing, moving around or going to the bathroom. I was there to enjoy the music, not to perform for the performer..

I did not realize how good Peter Frampton was on the guitar until I saw him at this concert. No fancy light show or gimmicks just some fun rock and roll that brought back alot of memories. I've been a fan of Peter Frampton for over 30 years and it was good to see him back on stage having a good time at what he does best - play some solid Rock and Roll..............see the show and enjoy it!

We bought nosebleed seats the first day tickets went on sale. We got to the show and were finding our seats when a man approached us and started grilling us on our Frampton fanhood. Turns out he was the tour manager and he offered us front row, center seats! Never been that close and what a difference it makes. Frampton was in great form and his band was smoking hot.. The guy is just a fantastic musician and performer.

It didn't hurt being in the 3rd row right in front of Mr. Frampton, however, the St Louis Peabody has great seating throughout. Without going into boring details, Frampton was on his game, the guitar work was stellar and the Les Paul / Marshall pairing was tone perfect! Great young musicians working with original bassist made for a great mix of youthful exuberance and wise sage knowhow! Three hours 8-11 and no breaks (the man has stamina) Great with the crowd, funny, humble and a genuine wonderful man... DO NOT MISS FRAMPTON on this exquisite tour...

What a great show! Peter frampton was one of the best shows i've ever seen.My 28 year old son(who is also a guitarist)went with me.He noticed how spot on and fresh the guitar playing was.I would go again and recommend this show for sure!! Good show Peter!

Peter sounded great! His voice is still the same, and sounds exactly like the recording. We enjoyed ourselves despite the drunk fools behind us singing so loud that it made it hard to hear Peter. In an arena where the sound is louder, it might be fine to sing along at the top of your lungs. Here it was not ok. I wish the Peabody staff would have put an end to this. A couple sitting by us got up and left because of the disturbance.

I liked the show, Peter was amazing and the musicians he played wih were top notch. The only thng I didnt like was the one section of the show where they had photos of what looked like drops of color in a glass jar, that I found distracting. But would go see him again any time.

This was a great experience. Peter was very engaging. His voice is still terrific and spot-on. The Peabody is a wonderful venue. Beautiful.
The ONLY thing I could say that is a bit negative are the high concession prices.

35 years later, Peter Frampton has lost nothing! His 3 hour set was tireless, timeless, and high energy. Frampton's interaction with the audience was personable and entertaining; he did have moments of prolonged solo's and jams with fellow bandmates that he actually addressed and made light of their rendition of the Rolling Stones classic Jumpin' Jack Flash (the last song on side 3 for all you vinyl fans and those of us that experienced it first hand) by saying "I didn't think that was ever going to end...." But, wow, what a night. Do You Feel was a certain show stopper with Frampton's use of his talk box.

Peter Frampton may have lost his beautiful hair, but that is all that is missing! What a great entertainer. His guitar skills are absolutely amazing and loved his personality. Interaction with the audience is what makes concerts a great experience. LOVE to see the 80s performers returning for a another round of memories. Thank you, Peter!
