I have been a Foreigner fan since the 80's and never had the chance to see them live. I drove to Chicago from Ohio to see them at the House of Blues. Foreigner was amazing, they sounded great. I was totally impressed with how they preformed the old and new Foreigner music. Kelly has a fantastic voice and put's on a good show. The venue on the other had has much to be desired. The House of Blues was crowded and had a long line to get in, once you get in unless you purchased a ticket to get a bar stool for another $50.00 you stand in a crowded area trying to actually see the group. I would much rather attend a concert at a venue that provided a seat with my ticket price, so if I wanted to sit down I could. Everyone that attends a concert is not 20 years old. It seems that at the House of Blues only money talks. I can only say that seeing Foreigner was a long time dream come true for me.

What a different concert! They were not only entertaining us they were trying to shoot videos for there new songs. Didnt bother me or the other thousands of people at all. I just had not witnessed that before so it was something new. They have come back strong, they play and sing like they are having a great time. I was a little suprised at how small the venue was, but I think there was a reason for that (video's). I would deffinitly see Foreigner again and i would deffinetly go to Primm again to see a concert. I had a blast.

It was another amazing performance by Foreigner! These guys are truly gifted from above!
The talent displayed last night was tremendous. The line up of the classic songs from the 80's and 90s and the new soon to be hits from their new CD were played flawlessly!

Tonight they are doing some filming for their video and maybe that is why, but the enregy they have is simply endless. The lead signer and every memebr is just full of positive hard rock and roll energy.Every note is played with passion and talent that is rarely seen in these come back band. The best part is the few new songs they played is fantastic meaning we will hopefully be hearing more of them everywhere. Truely one of the finest rock band ever assembled! Sure the crowd is smaller that it use to be and sure the stage is not like madonna's., but the music?? All i can say is watch out Stephen tyler, and Joe perry, these guys can take over the stage and drive the crowd wild!
I was also at rosebowl few weeks ago to see the amazing U2 concert and that is by far the best i have ever seen for many reasons.I admit Bono last month at rose bowl got them beat, but not by much!!! And it cost Bono hundreds of millions more , all these guys have to do is show up with jeans and their soul and the rest is rock and roll history! bravo!

Concert was pretty good...played the old school standards which took me WAY back. They played some new stuff that as pretty good too...

The venue was less than appealing to me though. I think they could have packed the Tabernacle or some other venue.

It's been almost 30 years since I'd seen the original lineup. Being an old longhaired rock-n-roll guitar slinger that played some of their music, I didn't know what to expect or rather who to expect in the band's lineup knowing that Lou Gramm was no longer invovled. I was surprised to see only Mick Jones carrying on the true Foreigner tradition of loud butt kicking rock and roll. His band mates did an excellent job of carrying forth the original licks we've loved over the decades and the new music they played over their 2 hour set followed in the same Foreigner mold.
The venue, Wild Bill's, was an excellent site to view the new lineup and being my first time there, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the spacious club.

Foreigner put on an AWESOME performance!! From beginning to end!! Although Wild Bill's was a different story. Wild Bill's seemed to be a nasty place. Tickets were for 8:30, it started an hour late. The band mentioned they had a few technical problems on stage. Head Knocker and I Don't Wana Live Witout You was left out of the play list. I grew up listening to these guys, along beside my parents! But the guys PLAYED AWESOME!! THEY SANG AWESOME!! THEY LOOKED AWESOME!! THEY SOUNDED GREAT!!!!!

I cannot express how much I enjoyed the concert!!! from start to finish the momentum never ceased to fade!! I've not been to a concert in a while where the entire whole crowd was explosive!!!! Talk about old school gets it done.The came they played they rocked & ruled.
Took this old dog from forty something to twenty something for the entire show.
Was not expecting much without the voice of Lou Graham but it only took closing the eyes and you could not tell he was not on the stage.These guys do it right

I have always been a fan and I thought without Lou Gramn I would not have enjoyed them as much, but they were real good and appeared to have lots of energy!

What I disliked was they left alot out and they started with the hits I thought they would save for last.

Although I liked the ballads on radio in concert I really thought Waiting for a girl like you should have been their Ace in the hole, but not used at the end like I wanna know what love is. That really killed my mood

I have seen Foreigner many times over the years and this years show was the best I have seen since the departure of Lou Graham. Plus I could not believe how good the set up was at Wild Bills. The only negative thing I can say about the show is the opening act was not star quality, as the matter of fact I would have rather them have had no opening act and just let Foreigner played longer

Awesome performance! The new lead nailed the old songs just like he was the original! They played for 2 hours almost non stop! I felt like I was 25 again! The drummer was incredible! I highly recommend this show!!!

this show was the best show ive seen many years. and ive seen just about every rock group out there. the sound was loud but not overbearing. and foreigner is so hot. i love this band. and ill be back next year. hopefully ill get to se and talk with mick jones. we go way back to 1976 in denver colo. he would remember me if i could only get to talk with him. he deserves all the sucess hes had and i love this band. thanks for letting me share this with you.
