Tickets were very expensive for a concert that started 40 minutes late...performance only lasted about 1 hour. Simon sang great event though he seemed to have a productive cough. The most disappointing part was they did NOT perform The Reflex...I would have forgiven all else if they had.

They did signature songs as well as less popular songs thtat real fans would enjoy. Totally awesome.The only drawbackwas they where an hour late getting started.

It was an amazing show...Simon had the whole crowd on their feet begging for more. His voice was magnificent!!!!The band sounded as awesome live as they do on disc. The whole crowd was singing along clapping their hands, screaming for more. It reminded me why I love going to concerts so much. The atmosphere, the fans...and especially Duran Duran. We will most definately be attending any future shows in our area.

Duran Duran at Marymoor on July 5, 2009 was a blast, right from the opening song, 'Wild Boys,' to the encore, 'A View To A Kill,' where Simon came swaggering on stage in a white dinner jacket, looking very Lebon, Simon Lebon. Duran Duran sang all their hits, and I think a lot of fans were singing along with them. I know I was!

the negative stuff first: the tickets said 7:30p.m. but they did not show up on stage till approximately 8:45p.m. and there was no opening act or anything to keep people occupied beside some overpriced booze and people watching. also: parking was a hassle most likely due to the "Fair". :::lastly::: they didn't play "Hungry like the Wolf"!!!! i know that seems crazy.

the Good stuff: everything else was great! they had a lot of energy and there was very little downtime between songs. i thought the opening was great with a great rendition of Wildboys. it was a little more "real" than the studio/video version. they played quite a bit of their classic library. they did Wild Boys, Girls on Film, Ordinary World, a version of "White Lines", Undone, Planet Earth, Rio, a great "James Bond" style arrangement preceding A View to a Kill(Simon looked great in his white "Bond style" dinner jacket), some new stuff, and many other of their classics. i do wish they had done more than one encore.

overall it was a great show! Duran Duran has still "got it!" i would definitely see them again

They've still got it going on after all these years! I took my boyfriend for the first time, and he could not believe the energy of the band and the fans. He was very impressed with the "front man", which of course is Simon LeBon. Yes, Simon is amazing and so are the rest of these talented musicians.

Duran Duran was awesome! Simon's voice was great. The last 2 times we saw them, Simon voice was unpracticed and cracking. He sounded great and looked great as well. The rest of the band, John, Nick, and Roger, sounded great as well. If you have the time and money, go and see Duran this summer!!! I was kind of disappointed that they didn't play The Reflex or New Moon on Monday.

I can't believe that it had been so long since my Last Duran Duran Concert. Hearing them again just brought back alot of memories....I love their Performance, my wife and I had a great time in this great venue. Kinda' sad that there was no "Hungry like the wolf" or "The Chauffer" sung.

I pretty much try to go see Duran Duran wherever they are when they are in the Northwest. Especially since they don't seem to want to come to Oregon. I will go to Seattle to see them. I have done this twice now I think in a year and half / 2 years. Thought the show at thw WaMu center was better but the show at Marymoor was very good. All the guys looked good and it's good to see Roger playing drums. They played all their great songs and went into the next perfectly. Duran Duran are my favorite band so, I can't say anything bad about them. I am just happy to see them out there and performing and having a good time doing it.

In the 80's Duran Duran created female frenzy so intense that jealous haters often derided them as a pretty boy band without much talent. This couldn't be further from what was true. The band is a group of tight and talented musicians with great tunes and superb stage presence. This continues in their work today and they consistently delivered during this show despite the fact that Simon was dealing with some challenges to his sinuses from the AC. Next time Duran Duran is stateside- I would eagerly see them again and recommend them to everyone I know- after ,of course, I had already secured my front row tickets!
