The two bananas - sarah and keren - were glorious. They were fun, gorgeous, prompt for start time, and completely aware of their statuses as divas. They were a rollicking good time on that stage, and a lucky few audience members came up to dance about to the monster hit that was Venus. Cheers then - here's to another 30 years, you brilliant women!

It was such a thrill to see Keren and Sara return to tour the US for the first time since their 1989 world tour. I only wish there were more than 8 stops! But I made the trek to Tampa to see this rare event and was not disappointed. The venue was very intimate and I was able to get up close and personal with one of my favorite groups. Keren even called me and a few other fans up on stage to sing and dance to "Venus" with them! Girls, you've been gone too long- please come back again soon!

After 30 years they still got it!!
It was very short, only one hour long, but it included a very good selection of their long repertoire. Not only they sang their greats hits, but they also included two new songs; part of their new EP “Now or never”. The show was a very high energy, they made us dance. Sarah and Karen have grown up, but they are still very cool, just a lot more sophisticated now. The new sound is more dace oriented, so it makes it even more fun to see them live. They will make you dance. They are total joy for their old fans and a nice treat to new fans. I will recommend this show to anyone who is into having fun in a live concert.

Bananarama's first stop on the 2012 United States Tour was a big success! The show sold out. Both Sarah and espcially Karen was quite energetic. The audience was greatly appreciative of their peformances of such songs as "Really Saying Something", "Cruel Summer", "I Want You Back", "I Heard A Rumour", "Robert DeNiro's Waiting", and their more recent releases such as "Move In My Direction", "Look On The Floor (Hypnotic Tango)", "La La Love" and "Now Or Never." The only complaint I had was that I wish the concert just a little longer. The concert 1 hour long. I sung and danced along with any songs I knew well. Overall, I would absolutely, without a doubt go to see Bananarama in concert again! I hope they come back to New York City much more often!
