Debbie Reynolds put on a fabulous show. She referred to herself as the 'old broad', doesn't let age change her happy, positive view of life. Great comedienne, singer, loved the old movie clips and bloopers. A must see!

OMG She was great.........Looked great was very funny.......Loved the old movie clips the only thing she didn't do was sing the song from How the west was won. I was hoping to hear that.

The show was FABULOUS!!!! I took my mom who is 81. I enjoyed the show as much if not more than she (due to her sight limitations). You could feel the energy in the room before Ms. Reynolds took the stage. There was so much love and appreciation for her work. She in turn recriprocated the feeling. She engaged the audience evoking many fond memories and the 90 minutes flew by. Her ending the show with "Tammy" was wonderful. She then shook hands and gave autographs to those fortunate to be up front. Everyone left the ballroom with a smile on their face. I hope Ms. Reynolds returns to the Reno/Tahoe area again very soon!

I give Debbie an A for being part of the family entertainment world. She's been an inspiration since I first met her in 1958 at a USAF graduation program. My how time flies when your having fun. She stills brings out the laughter in people.. Good Person

Debbie Reynolds put on a marvelous show. Her age didn't stop her from wowing the crowd!!!! Saying that, we were extremely disppointed in the venue. It was no better than the convention center here in town. We thought it would be a nice theater setting, not some stale convention room!!!! We will never attend another show in that venue. We only travelled for Debbie Reynolds.

My mother was Debbie's Brownie Scout Troop Leader in Burbank. I wish I'd been able to tell Debbie about that. The show had me and my friend laughing until tears rolled down our cheeks at the old movie clips. Debbie's songs were nicely done and sweet, conjuring up great memories. If Debbie returns to Reno, I'll be first in line to go again.

Debbie Reynolds performance on October 3, 2009 was the best show that me and my wife have seen in a long time. She was charming, amazingly talented and funnier than just about any comic I've ever seen. I feel sorry for people who missed this wonder night to remember.
We recently saw Liza M. at the Hollywood Bowl and, not taking anything away from Liza, the Debbie Reynolds show was MORE entertaining. Last year we saw her daughter Carrie at the Geffen in "wishful drinking" and I thought what a magnificent evening would be had if they ever decided to perform together. WoW!!
Just one other comment....it was sad to see her in a venue like a college. She belongs at the Hollywood Bowl or at least the Geffen.
Thanks, ticketmaster...we really loved the show.

At first I didn't know what to expect but I quickly warmed up because Debbie is so engaging. In addition to her wonderful singing she can really belt out a good joke. She even did a few impersonations. I had no idea she was so muti-talented. I would definately see her again If she does another show.

Two things:

Enough with the photos already! She is very fan friendly, but she could give the audience a few photo opps, and then tell them to put away their cameras and phones, and enjoy her show. To have a flash go off over my shoulder every five minutes ruined the show for me.

She is a legendary entertainer, but I won't be seeing her again under these conditions.

Why an intermission for such a short show. She said she normally does not have one. Do you really need to sell a few more drinks? I did not see many people headed to the bar.

I have not missed one of Debbie's performances. She always puts on an outstanding show. Unlike many of the performers today, Debbie can do it all - sing, dance, act, tell stories and jokes (without being crude or offensive). I always come away from her shows with a smile on my face.

I CAN'T REMEMBER THE LAST TIME I LAUGHED OUT LOUD SO MUCH! I AM ONLY 45 AND WAS SO SURPRIZED AT HOW FUNNY DEBBIE REYNOLDS WAS IN PERSON. HER VOICE IS STILL PRETTY AND I REALLY ENJOYED HER PERSONAL ANECDOTES. I ALSO NEVER KNEW HOW YOUNG SHE WAS WHEN SHE STARTED MAKING MOVIES OR HOW WELL SHE DANCED. As usual the legendary Debbie Reynolds was welcoming, classy and delightful! Appearing for umpteenth year in a row at Drury Lane in Oak Brook, IL Debbie made everyone feel like one of the gals (or guys). She acknowledged all the variety of ages that were in attendance and kept us entertained with songs, jokes, old stories of the Hollywood of yesteryear, movie bloopers of some of the great starts of all time (Jimmy Stewart, Ronald Reagan, Fred MacMurrary and James Cagney) and even went into some impressions. Her singing voice is beautiful, her legs (shown off in the first half of the show with a slit long skirt) are to die for and her personality is enviable. I'm in my mid-forties and know her primarily from recent moves and Will & Grace. This is my 5th time in a row to see her (I never thought of myself as a groupie until now!) and I can't wait to take my 16 year old niece next year!

My husband and I brought our mothers, ages 91 & 92, to see Debbie.
This is the third time we have seen her.
She sings, (she still has a lovely voice), she jokes around, and talks about the movies.
She tells the audience she is 77. But you won't believe she's that age with the way she moves around the stage.
