Surprising and entertaining

I purchased tickets as a gift for my wife and simply expected to "endure" the evening. I was surprised to find the music was complex and well performed. The female vocalist sang a very moving version of I Can Only Imagine. John's Christian entertainment and message of care for those around you was proof that performances need not be vulgar to be entertaining. Count me as fan and a supporter of John's mission.

My husband wasn't thrilled to attend the concert, but went along because I asked him to go with me. He was very impressed with John's technical skills on the piano, enjoyed the humor, defended the hip-hop guy when I said I could've lived without him, but most of all, was so incredibly blessed by the Christian testimony that was proclaimed. Thank you for being bold & clear on where you stand concerning Christ!

Liked the concert very much, except I would cut out half of the rap stuff and the focus on teens. Add a little more of the Intelligence and New Age stuff. Thanks!

My husband and I attended and we had a blast. I am a big fan of John Tesh and my children gave me these tickets for my Birthday that is coming up. Well it was the BEST gift i have received. We laughed and enjoyed every single moment we were there. I hope he comes again because i havent enjoyed something so much in a long time. Thanks you for allowing me to post this.

The entire show was excellent, beginning with the opening comedy dialogue, the masterful instrumental renditions, the dancing and the vocals. It is truly a first class show. The acoustics were good but I wonder how much better it would have been if the show had been held in the Civic Center theatre or even better at the Plaza Theatre here in El Paso. My wife and I totally enjoyed the two hours that they gave us. I would definitely recommend this show to all my family and friends!

John Tesh was first of all amazing on the piano and vocals. He had a singer who sang like an angel and his male dancer was a visual feast. The show was funny, entertaining, and spiritually uplifting. He was also motivating in that he challenged each and every one of us to start our own personal ministry. I admire John for leaving Entertainment Tonight and choosing this path.

I have waited yearrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrs to see John Tesh since he first began touring. Wow! The wait was well worth it. I so appreciated the demonstration of his faith on stage, and not being ashamed when he shared his testimony and sang praise and worship beautifully. It seems today, there are too many "closet" Christians that tend to keep their faith to themselves. Thanks John! You did it in a secular setting where many had the blessing of hearing the gospel, maybe even for the first time.

I took my 14-year old daughter to the concert. We both had a great time listening to John's inspirational music, the vocals provided by John and Chelsea as well as all other performances (Breeze Lee and the band). This an extermely familiy-oriented show with great music and a very good message (helping others). Thanks John for honoring our veterans!

PS. John said that it was a family business and he meant it (his step son and brother-in-law were helping at the concert).

The event was a stage version of his radio show. It was all John. I feel it was mis advertised because much of it was a pitch for his charity gigs and a lot of Contemporary Christian music. IF I wanted a 'born again' concert I could get it on Sunday for a donation.

More than a piano player for sure. The show is filled with comedy, excellent musicians, Chelsea the fabulous singer and of course JOHN TESH. What a wonderful person, so caring, and giving. The program was OUTSTANDING.

John Tesh and his cast members were Unbelievable. It was a wonderful mix of everything. I took my husband as a suprise for his birthday and he was so excited, I don't think the smile ever left his face. The singing, dancing and comedy were outstanding. What a group of very talented people. John Tesh is amazing just alone, but for him to introduce us to so much more talent was awesome. My daughter was with us and she was so impressed with Breeze Lee, and the woman on vocals...Amazing!! John Tesh is a huge role model to people of all ages. What a gift he has.

I am/have been a fan for many years. Having CD's and also, because I am a piano teacher, I also have some of John Tesh's published music. Love it all. I had forgotten about his Christian journey, so that was an added bonus. My husband is clergy, so the contemporary Christian music was very familiar to us and we loved it. We will pray for his totally successful surgery and complete healing.

The show was wonderful but did miss having more instruments for fullness of sound.
Not sure the guy throwing tee shirts and making snide comments on the screen in the background was beneficial. For me, he detracted from the show making it seem unprofessional.
The musicians were great and the dancer was amazing!
Hearing what the truck driver and his wife were doing as they traveled was wonderful as was John's story about going to the nursing homes on Mother's Day.
HIs plug that everyone can make a difference with acts of kindness was spot on.

My husband listens to Tesh every night in our jacuzzi. I can't hear most of it because he has the radio right next to where he sits... But he shares everything with me. I bought the tickets to see John and really didn't know what to expect. I am totally impressed with his passion to help people and his talent as well.
I want to thank him for asking us what we can do to get involved with helping people. We recently moved and haven't found a church we like, so we haven't gone lately. He just helped us get motivated to find a church and get involved.
Thanks John, you are making a difference.......

In spite of being in pain from a herniated disc, John gave an amazing performance. His band is incredibly talented as is young Chelsea, the singer. An added bonus was Breeze Lee, the most energetic and talented hip hop dancer I've ever seen. I'm not a big fan of hip hop but he was very, very good.

I can't think of a better concert I've been to in a long time. John is an amazing man and has an equally amazing wife. The two of them are very beautiful people both inside and out.
