Ottmar continues to impress with his music and band. His new stuff, however, is sounding increasingly like a mash up of his old stuff. Excellent none-the-less.
I liked the venue, Ponte Vedra Concert Hall, but the ushers are in serious need of training...they're loud, don't know how to use flashlights without blinding the audience, and not familiar with seat locations in the hall.

Fantastic venue,I guess I was a bit disappointed,remembering the last time I attened a Ottmar -Luna cocert,The Florida Theater 1994, just two chairs and two fabulous guitarist and no one else, Without a doubt the best concert I've ever attended,This concert was just Fair without Luna- negra playing rhythm.The tickets and every advertisment had his name right along side Ottmar's but he was not in attendance,and this was no last minute cancel.Last note, the percussionist was Brilliant just Brilliant,cudos to Ottmar for bringing him along for the ride." REALLY MISSED YOU LUNA-NEGRA" you are like hand in glove to Ottmar,hope alls well.

We have been fans of Ottmar Leibert and Luna Negra for at least 25 years. This concert was fantastic - the sweet sounds of Ottmar's guitar were even better than on any of his CDs. No-one can play the guitar like he can. All of the band members are tremendously talented, but the drummer was just unbelievably good! There was no introduction, no talk, just two hours of beautiful music!! Ottmar is the best!

We went to listens to Ottmar Liebert guitar,, unfortunately the horn player, although very good, dominated. We were disappointed because of this, Ottmar is an exceptional guitar player and doesn't need the horn leading and being the "star" of the show.

The concert was all that I expected and more, since I had never attended one of Ottmar's before. My only criticism would be that some of the numbers ran a bit long, becoming too repetitive. Shorter numbers would equal more variety and numbers total.

I never thought I would have the chance to see Ottmar Liebert live. I have been a fan for over 20 years and I will be a fan for life. The music was incredible and he is such a class act. I was bummed the venue was indoors because it was such a beautiful night but I didn't even notice once he started to play. I would recommend his show to anyone and even took a friend who had never heard him before and she loved it.

The Hangar at the Orange County Fair is a poor place for a concert! Poor accoustics. People hanging out by the rear door watching concert without paying. Selection of songs were the poorest of them all. Ottmar did not play lead on Barcelona Nights!!! Unbelievable. Bass guitarrist played lead on Barcelona Nights.

I know it's billed as Luna Negra, but it was just a quartet. Percussionist, bass player and horn player backing Liebert. Great hour and a half show highlighting his career with some new songs added as well. Want a nice chill evening? Go see Ottmar

You may not get much as a visual spectacular,but what you do get is a spectacular feast for your ears.Ottmar Libert and his accompanying Luna Negra Band set an artistic escape thru music to wherever you want the music to take you.His work is astounding and beautiful.I would recommend Ottmar Liebert for anyone who can appreciate this New Age / Instrumental and his Enchanting Guitar.Five Stars***** Highly Recommend.

I was disappointed in the performance. Too much Horn playing.. And the venue was open to Fair ground guests who didn't pay and could still hear and see the concert. That wasn't fair to the paying guest. Probably won't go there again.

Enjoyed Listening to the Guitar and the Trumpet, however, did not enjoy seeing Ottmar walk on stage to see his bare feet throughout the whole show. This was disappointing. The music became repetitive. I expected a bit more from him since I saw him in the early 90's years ago at the Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles and he was marvelous then and he even wore nice shinning black shoes, perhaps being younger back then showed in his performance. The Concert was nice. He played in "The Hanger Building at OC Fair" any seats in this building would be fine. We were close to the stage and far away from the crowds.

Been to 3 previous Ottmar concerts. They were all very good. This one not so. He put in a horn player this time and it just did not work. With the horn Ottmar plays less and some of his most popular and familiar tunes became almost unrecognizable. We were quite disappointed.
The venue had a huge hi-def screen behind the stage. It was great.
