Ray Stevens was FANTASTIC! We enjoyed him very much! He was entertaining, funny, and very personable. He has a beautiful voice and his jokes were clean and funny.

I felt relaxed and comfortable while reliving songs and routines from a bygone past. He is a word-genius. Every phrase fits with the others, and the whole flows and wraps around my brain in a most fascinating way.

This was such a fun event -- he is so talented!
He made everyone laugh and there was absolutely no ugly words.

Great concert, but a bit short (75 mins)...that seems to be the small venue standard these days. Only other issue was his band drowned out his vocals on some songs...if you didn't already know the words, you'd have no idea what he was saying (singing).
The IP's Studio A is a wonderful venue...you just have to walk through the smoky casino floors to get to it.

Amazing guy with a lot of energy. Creative and funny. He is a true entertainer, who knows what humor is -- younger so-called "entertainers" seem to think you have to curse, be loud, and insult people personally to be funny, but they aren't funny. This guy is, and will make you laugh. Worth the money!

his political views were in poor taste, and his reference to mexicans was rude. I understand he is a comedian but I also thought he was a professional entertainer that didn't need material that would degrade someone just to make himself sound funny. Waste of my hard earned money.

Ray Stevens has written some really clever satirical songs over the years, and I enjoyed hearing them again at this concert. However, he descended to an unnecessary volume of "bathroom" humor, and his anti-president Obama song what just in bad taste. In the climate of divisiveness we have in our country today, singing a politically opinionated song does nothing more than bring out the worst in his audience and reinforce our unfortunate divisions. Ray, you can do better, or is this just what you have descended to because you are really a "has been"?
