Ms. Dolly was definitely worth seeing. I have grown up on her music. My parents always listened to her and the other older stars and she became my role model somewhere along the way. I grew up in a small town and always dreamed of seeing her in concert. In 2004 I got my wish when she was in Fairfax VA. I dragged my hubby along for the concert though he is not a big country fan much less a fan of Dolly's. However, he still says Dolly's concert is the best he's ever been to!
When she is on stage it is like she is talking to each individual person and she doesn't seem to be performing at all just being herself and spending time with good friends. It was great hearing all my old and new favorites being sung live.
