These guys really know how to put on a show. The wait between the opening act and the main performance was a little too long, but once they got on the stage they played their hearts out like usual. They are very talented and their music was worth the wait anyway because no other band is as fun to see and hear on stage!

I had seen Slightly Stoopid before. Liked them enough to come back. This time however, the opening band, the Aggrolites played for like an hour. They weren't bad, but did they need to play for an hour? I think they even played longer than Stoopid did? All of their songs sound the same, but alas, they are just another reggae styled Sublime wannabe.

On to Stoopid... apparently their fan base is now comprised of Yankees hat totting high schoolers.

Overall, not impressed. Maybe I am just too old at the age of 24, but the whole scene just seemed dated to me. Their set was OKAY, but nothing to write home about.

Newport is a cool venue, being small enough to feel like you're right in the mix wherever you are, but large enough so you don't feel overcrowded.
Slightly Stoopid puts on an EXCELLENT live show! They sound amazing and their energy gets the crowd going. LOVE their use of horns and bongo drums...that you don't see too often. LOVE this band and would see them again anywhere close by!

No line to get in, no need to push to front, staff was friendly, Liberty Hall was the perfect intimate size, Stoopid rocked the place. Ran into Miles after the show and the guys couldn't be any cooler. Great music and great people.

I saw this show in Milwaukee, WI and it was AMAZING! I actually forgot our tickets (Fail!) but after a quick call to Ticketmaster we had a new pair waiting for us at the booth (no extra charge). The venue was great with plenty of spots to get a drink and hang out and the music was awesome! These guys really are talented and put on a great show; Slightly Stoopid is one of those bands that you have go see live.

The Aggrolites put on a good show and should've been headlining. It took forever to get into the show from will call tickets and actually missed the first Aggro song. The only thing worse than Stoopid was there fans. I don't like being surrounded by people smoking weed in the wide open.

Overall a great show. I was pleased and suprised with the setlist, although I do wish they would have encorporated some accoustic in the show. But other than that it was a great time :D

Slightly never fails to impress. They played a good mix of new and old and rocked the house. The only bad part was the venue. They didnt let us in for 20 minutes because they were "at compacity" even though we had tickets.

aggrolites and stoopid = one amazing concert. aggrolites manage to mix soul and reggae which is one sick combination, while stoopid is always good no matter what. very lively too

The Agrolytes started things off right with some high energy, blusey, rock, reggae type crowd pleasers. But the roof came off when Slightly hit the stage. They ran through most if not all of the songs that true fans would want to hear. Their stage presence kept the crowd live for a packed hour and a half set. Between the lighting and the fog effects (Mostly provided by the crowd ;) ) The mood was fun, positive and just straight party! My wife and I chose this event to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and I can't think of anything I would rather have done.
