Show was great.
Band was great.
Vibe was great.
Ozo is new to me and I now consider them a new fave. They epitiomize L.A. And the whole experience with them at Club Nokia was unforgettable. These guys know how to connect with their audience, give a great party, and are just flat-out bad-ass!

Ozomatli is one of kind!

I know that die hard fans won't care how this band performs from one gig to the next but i'm not a die hard fan. I went in objectively. I got a couple of free tickets and since I hadn't heard any of their songs since the 90's, decided to check out their free ozokidz show to at least know what they look like. My friend who i brought had never even heard of them.. We loved the ozokidz performance because the interaction they had w the little ones seemed so sincere at the time. It was high energy and cute. But afterward, we got to meet them and they were a little boring and they seemed bored and inconvenienced too, like they didnt really want to have to deal w the kids album and they were just doing it because they needed to sell records. Not much to say and one of them even joked we were losers for coming to the kids concert. I laughed it off but I thought it was something a high school kid would say. I guess I just thought w their supposed social activism and their new kids album they would be more interesting and personable. But I still had high hopes and we were so excited for the real show. What a disappointment. It was like something out of a high school talent show. There was a lot of theatrics like martial artists and people in monkey costumes but the music just didn't hit the mark. I actually wished I hadn't gotten the free tickets in the end as sad as that may sound. The guy that wears the fedora kept doing pelvic thrusts and he's in his 40's. It was all so odd and it just didn't look natural. I used to think they were cool :(. After meeting them I'm not even sure their political activism is authentic or if it's just a way to get media attention. I've met a lot of political activists and they don't seem as concerned about being "cool" like these guys. Not trying to be mean just my honest opinion

I bought the tickets with the meet and greet for my Fiance, because she is a big fan. The show was great even for me who barely knew the band. The best part, besides the concert itself was the meet and greet, as we got to meet and take photos with the band. They are down to earth and very cool. Definitely a must see next time they are in town.

This bands performance is not one to be missed. You can tell they real wanna see the crowd have fun. Its not just buisness its pleasure. They even jumped in the crowd and played.

I dont' think there is much to say about a band that has been around for 18 years and always manages to work in a new wrinkle on every show. Great new songs, great energy. I had seen them earlier in the year in a larger place. Seeing them at Club Nokia was extra special.

Ozomatli never disappoints - brought friends who had not seen them or briefly heard of them and they had a wonderful time. Making this the 3 yr of seeing them at Club Nokia, I think we have a new holiday tradition!

I have listend to their music, however, the concert took their music to an entirely different level. The band was completely entertaining and each band member was extremely talented in their own right. I would recommend their concert to anyone and all all ages.

Time and time again this band comes through with a high energy, interactive fabulous show! They always have a new surprise, whether it be a guest singer or a rhythmic dance troop to really get the crowd rockin' out. The shows are for all ages and ethnicities and this helps to bring everyone together and make the night memorable. They are one of the few bands I see at least once a year and I highly recommend you go see a show if you haven't experienced Ozo yet; they are absolutely amazing!!!

This was my third Ozo concert. I just love this group- their high energy is totally infectious and their musical talent just can't be beat.
A cacophony of sound, not just a noise, but layers of great eclectic music with a Latin twist. Spicy!!!!. Their salsa stuff is smokin' hot.
Love their politics and their civic commitment also.
Ozomatli please return to Hawaii soon!

It was a decent show, but one of the main guys wasn't there. Also the show seemed shorter than usual and the crowd was less full. I was surprised that not that many people went to this show. On the plus side, there was a lot of room to dance. My date and I danced all night. We had a good time.

I love love love seeing Ozomatli LIVE! They never disappoint :) This particular concert was a social experiment - I took a friend of mine who has never heard of Ozomatli (unreal, I know!) and who doesnt speak a lick of espanol. That chica was jumping, dancing and singing along (as best she could) within minutes! That's the power of great music del corazon :)
