One Bang-Your-Head-Off Amazing Concert!

Favorite moment: Serj's Speech and Daron's slow acoustic rendition of "Cigaro". Of course, singing along to "Chop Suey!" with throusands of people was amazing as well. @

From the moment I hear the John thunder out the first few seconds of "Prison Song" and the screaming response from the audience I knew this was going to be an amazing show. It truly was. The songs flowed into one another, and each received a roaring response from a great crowd of die-hard SOAD fans. What made it all the better was the location, because Los Angeles is definitely the right place to catch a System of A Down concert. The crowd swayed together during slow songs like "Lonely Day" and went completely crazy during "Attack". By the time "Chop Suey!" came around the crowd was singing so loudly that the band itself was barely audible. It was beautiful. And the way the band engaged with the audience kept the energy going all through the thirty song set list. Serj gave a stirring speech on humanity, and Daron's wild antics were hilarious. However, as the concert progressed, I was afraid they were going to neglect "Sugar", and when I finally heard them start to play it I went completely crazy. It was a great song to finish a great concert with. And even though the last line of the night was "In the end it all goes away", I was so incredibly happy that I don't think it will go away any time soon.

This is the second time I've seen SOAD - and they were amazing again. The first time I saw them was back in 2002 when they were on the rise and their show was unforgettable! Some friends of mine went along, mainly interested in the Deftones, but were blown away by System. They have a new-found respect since seeing them perform live, and so do I. The only thing I didn't like, which happens at many concerts, is the singer voiced his political views. I'm at a concert to hear great music, not talk politics.

Talk about performers who are phenomenal live! WOW! Next time, I'll be sure to buy tickets early so that I can be in the mosh pit. The room in the seats was roomier than other places I've been, but I want to be FREE to jam to this outstanding band. I LOVE YOU SYSTEM!

It was the best concert I have ever been to. I took my 15 year old son and we had a great time. There was a huge crowd, looked to be sold out, but everyone seemed to have a good time and there were no problems. If they come back we would go see them again!

I have been to many many rock concerts and this was one of the best shows I've EVER seen! It was simply amazing. Rarely do you see a crowd as excited as they were that night. It seemed like everyone in the whole arena knew every song and stood up singing along most of the time. The crowd sang along loud enough that at points it was almost like a duet, Serg and the crowd. That and even way up high in the back people were out of their seats jumping around.

System was incredible. I have seen them live before but this was their best performance yet!
Great time, great venue, great prices!

The only thing I would have changed is when they ended it was abrupt. There was no encore and the last song they payed, Sugar, is not a final song in my books.

Not a big fan of Deftones as the opener, every song sounds the same.

Seriously. I was blown away by System's performance. They sound just as amazing live as they do on recordings. The crowd was filled with fans who knew every word to every song, as I did. If you ever get a chance to attend a concert of theirs, I suggest you do it, or you will miss out!

I've been waiting for this day to come for years! I'm so glad SOAD got back together and toured the U.S. This show was amazing. The lights were phenomenal! They coordinated well with the music. I never really listened to Deaftones, but they made a good intro and had a LOT of energy on stage. System gave their fans what they wanted. I hope they come back!
