The warm-up act, Salim (sp?), was intelligent, funny, edgy and the perfect "appetizer" for Kathleen as the main course. He was also very generous towards Kathleen and you got the sense that while they may not know each other real well, they are both kind.
Kathleen Madigan is gorgeous, sexy, cute, funny, and the first woman I've met who makes me think (albeit briefly) about adultery....and, man, is she funny! Topical, clever, self-deprecating, down-to-earth, "everyman", and funny, funny, funny. I won't miss another show in this area. Ran a little bit long at the end, but that might be more about the hard seats and poor seating position demanded by the lay out of the tables and chairs.
