I surprised my girlfriend for her birthday which was 3/1 and I don't think she's laughed that hard in a long time. She really needed a good laugh after a second round with breast cancer, of which she's still not done. Actually, it was good for the both of us.
Kathleen and the opening act, Salim, I think his name was, were great, as was the Wilbur. We had never been there before and we liked the quaintness of the theater.
Ticketmaster was a nice hassle-free way to buy tix and I believe we've used you before and will again.
We loved the show and would do it again.....thanx

Kathleen Madigan's show kept the whole audience laughing. I see comedy shows at least once a month and Kathleen was the funniest by far. I love shows at the Wilbur Theatre and it made me feel like I spent the night with my friend Kathleen. My husband and I will see her every chance we get.

I've listened to Kathleen many times on satellite radio and always enjoyed her stand-up so I read that she was in town for a gig, I got some friends together and went. My friends also enjoyed the show very much. Kathleen's opener, Saleem, was ery funny as well.

Kathleen Madigan is way too funny and her warm up act was a very funny guy also. The seating in this old theater is a bit awkward and the drinks are way too expensive but the overall experience was great and I'd do it all over!

Kathleen put on a great show! She hit the stage with energy and had the crowd laughing from the get go and she never faded. She was hilarious the whole time.

Only downside to the show at the Wilbur in Boston was that while Kathleen was wrapping up her act the drink girls were aggressively pushing last call and were distracting. Fair enough that the Wilbur has only recently gotten a liquor license and perhaps are still working out their role as hosts.

Kathleen Madigan was very funny and entertaining. We laughed practically the entire show. Wish the theatre seats were spaced a little further apart for more elbow and leg room. Thank god her act kept us focused on her and not how uncomfortable the seating was.

She was the best comedian I have ever seen. I laughed so hard from the moment she walked on the stage till the time she walked off that my ribs hurt the next day.

Absolutely will see her every time she is in Boston.

I had heard Kathleen Madigan over the past couple years on Sirius radio, and always thought those bits were funny. I was expecting a few good bits during the show, but it turned out the whole night had me laughing. Her humor is smart and broad-ranging, never obscene or in poor taste.
I have seen Jeanane Garofolo and Norm McDonald at the same venue this year, and those were big disappointments, despite their big names.
Do yourself a favor and go see Kathleen Madigan!

She is probably one of the funniest acts out there . I love her material not over the top profanity ,just enough to get her point across.Her delivery and voice inflection couldn't be better.Went with friends that had never heard her. They loved her. My wife flips through the XM radio in my car trying to find her and Bobby Collins all the time. Do yourself a favor , catch her for a good laugh.

From the opening act of Saleem the audience and we were laughing untill or bodies were sore.We have seen Kathleen on Comedy Central and loved her but seeing her in person was a real treat.the venue is small and intmate with no bad seats. the staff was pleasent and helpful. we had a table right up front with some really nice people.
All and all an experence that my wife and I throughly enjoied.
