Location:Waukegan, IL

Good show overall but ran too long. Vashawn Mitchell did not get on stage until 10:15 or 10:30...everything felt rushed. Left at 10:40.

Every performance was a true moment of worship and a opportunity to give God praise. It was so nice for this event to honor the legacies of some gospel greats who have made their heavenly exits: Albertina Walker, Jesse Dixon and Delores Barrett Campbell.
I drove in from Schaumburg but it was worth the drive. The ministry at the end by Vashawn Mitchell was so powerful; it offer many in the place a "break-through moment".

Favorite moment: I can't say that I had a favorite moment, for I did enjoy the whole show... @

Opening act(s): The CLC Choir did a phenomenal job opening on Saturday night, my only concern in the beginning was no one near me could hear them, the microphone was too low. @

I did enjoy the CLC Salute to Gospel with Vashawn Mitchell. The performance of everyone was very good. I don't hink you should try and introduce people during intermission time, for people were engaged in their own conversations, going to the concession stand and bathrooms. I think you should not wait until 10:00 to put up the main singer, by that time, some people left and it's not fair, for I believe their reason for attending was to see Vashawn Mitchell.
