Staind Steals the Show

Although Staind was the second band on the October 3rd lineup at Denver's Fiddler's Green Amphitheater, they stole the show. They should have headlined, but the good news is I think they garnered new fans. Staind led their set list with a raging "For You" and ended with an equally impactful "Mudshovel." In between, they played a mix of their greatest hits as well as songs from their latest album "Illusions of Progress," which is far less raw than their previous releases.

We left early, which I generally find disrespectful, but Creed was boring. We walked to the nearby brewery to find other concert goers with the same idea. My favorite comment of the night was, "We came as Creed fans and left as Staind fans."

This was my first time seeing Shinedown and they did not disappoint. Great sound and crowd interaction. This was also my first time seeing Chavelle and Halestorm. Chavelle was O.K.... would probably have been better for me if I was more familiar with their music. Halestorm did a GREAT job. I hope they are around for a while... lots of energy. This was my second time seeing Staind. (They were the headliners.) Honestly, I thought they were quite boring and we left half-way through their set.

Opening act(s): Halestorm rocks! My kids that are 10 and 8 and 8 were ticked because they wanted to see you! They sing all of your songs by heart at the top of their lungs! You're the best! @

Halestorm was the best opener that I have seen in a long time! They killed it! Chevelle got my blood pumping with the beat and vocals! Shinedown stage presence and songs were just what I needed to hear before Staind came on! Staind...what can I say but you're the best I have ever seen in concert! When Aaron popped up 15 feet from me and played two songs in the pouring rain with the guitar only was the "it" moment for me! I will never in my life forget this concert!!

I absolutely was not gonna miss this concert...Staind and Chevelle...the same night...WOW! I'd alreaady seen both bands before and thought they were great! But, I was really disappointed in how chevelle ended their set...what happened? I am such a big fan of theirs that I actually felt hurt when they walked off stage. I didn't care for Halestorm and I'm not a big fan of Shinedown. Shinedown needs to lay off the preaching, for a while I thought I was at church! Staind was awesome as usual...but the whole thing was just way too loud. Dont get me wrong, I love loud, but this was painful. I've noticed that the last few concerts at Dodge Arena have just been too loud. All my friends that were there that night thought the same. Dodge Arena needs to fix that. Besides that, I had a great time...

hadn't heard much Chevelle but they put on an excellent show. Heard some Shinedown and didn't know what to expect, was impressed with their music and their interaction with the audience. have always been a fan of Staind and they didn't disappoint. Concert was at an outdoor amphi-theater and weather was rainy and overcast but the bands and fans didn't seem to mind. Staind was awesome!

Chevelle was very good, just needed to get the crowd involved more. Shinedown was awesome, really got the crowd into the performance. Stained was good, but definitely not the highlight (except the accoustic performance).

This was the most amazing concert I have been too! Even though I was way up in the stands that was an experience I will never forget! Shinedown is one of my favorite bands and they made it an unforgettable night.

It was a cold & rainy show but it was my best-to-date!! I've been to alot of concerts and this was my 7th time to see Staind but Aaron Lewis coming into the crowd was the best experience i've had... I WAS 15 FT AWAY FROM HIM!!!!!! I love the more intimate venues! Halestorm's drum display rocked it too!!! Shinedown made me a true fan!! Chevelle was awesome!! Def a show I would love to see again!!!!!

Hailstorm was short..but good vocals. Chevelle was well worth 40 bucks alone, great live. Shinedown was the best, interactive with crowd, and the pouring rain helped make it better. Staind was awesome too; ending by far the best part of there performance.

It was great. It rained but it just made it better. Shindown had great crowd interaction and chevelle Rocked. Unfortunatly I was to drunk to remember staind but Shinedown was MY real headliner. Went with a new beaux totally created a mood. Awesome

I wasn't thrilled about Chevelle...their sound was terrible!! I don't get to hear Halestorm....so I couldn't tell you anything about that.

Shinedown was absolutely awesome!! They always put on such a great show.

It was my first time seeing Staind...they were awesome too!!! They had a great stage show and when he did his acoustical....OMG!!!!
