I selected this event as my husband and I love music, and it was his birthday.
Parking -If you dont get there early (to find a park close to the event) then you have to park in one of the lots. The lot directly across the street (across from "will call") was very convenient, and affordable ($10). You can also park farther away in other lots and pay less ($5 -$8) however, you will have some walking to do.
Theatre-The Paramount is still nice, the seats are relatively comfortable and for the most part you can see pretty well. The venue is older, but just fine.
Master of Ceremonies -Nickki Thomas, was funny, and kept the show moving. There were technical difficulties, (sound system, lighting) but she handled them well.
Music -The children's concert (opening act) was cute. The Gospel Choir was very good, but only sang 2 songs. Even the kids sang 3? Tuck and Patti were excellent. And Jennifer Holiday was outstanding!
