I don't think I've ever written a review before but when I saw that The Hives only had one, I couldn't resist. I saw them about 4 years ago and have been waiting with baited breath for them to come back to the states. It was one of the best shows I've ever seen (and I am a concert freak). Pure, raw perfomance and energy. A great show, and great music. It's absolutely contagious and I am sooo stoked to see them in Philly!!

The Hives are indeed one of the best shows I have ever seen. They have a way of connecting with their crowd. It's a two way street: you love them, they love you back. The energy is expansive.
I don't give it 5 stars only because the show started an hr. late. The opening band started an hr late then there was an hr gap (sound check and whatnot). Worth the wait, but some of us have 9-5 jobs.

As always, the Hives were AMAZING live, they have to be one of the best live shows - AGAIN - everytime they are brilliant !! The best thing about this show was being entered into the MEET & GREET contest, it was a suprise to win, and an even better suprise for only 100 of us to be there inside for a small sound check and meet & greet. They took the time to talk and take photos with everyone who asked, a real pleasure meeting them. On the downside we waited for over 1 hour ( due to them being late) outside in the cold online - FREEZING.

THE HIVES are the only reason i would go to a concert. Fidlar and The Fleshlights as the opening acts were more than enjoyable as well. I even got to meet Pelle Almqvist who is by the way THE coolest celebrity I ever met. The concert was so full of life and it involved the people. I cant wait till they come back again. If your reading this thank you guys.

The venue is tough to beat. The House of Blues is great if you don't mind standing room only venues. We did actually have seats in the Balcony, but we got there early and were in the second row of the standing room area, so we never moved. The Hives are extremely high energy and entertaining. I've always loved their music, but their stage antics made the show that much more entertaining.

I bought tickets for this show on a whim, never saw The Hives before but I won't miss them again!! Great energy and humor, imagine that !! Terrific band, tight arrangements, great music and they have fun on stage! If you have never seen The Hives....do it now!

Hands Down the best rock show ever. If you only ever see one band, see the Hives. I wish I could give them 11 out of 5 stars. Their energy is through the roof and the way they give back to their fans is like no other band I've seen.

While their promotors should be fired for only selling a few hundred tickets in support of a pretty damn good new album, I give kudos to the Hives for giving it their all for the folks who were there. The show was a blast.

If you are a fan of The Hives and have not seen them in concert you've been missing out. I realized hits when I saw them recently. There a few bands that are as enejetic or sound as good live as The Hives do. There are very few guarentees in life. The Hives always being great live is one of them.

The Hives are considered by many to be the best live band in the world. I was one of those people before and this concert cemented that status. I've seen them three times over eleven years and their energy never wavers. The only thing that has changed is that they have played longer each time. I can't imagine these guys ever phoning in a performance. This concert was a a nice mix of old and new music. Fleshlight and Fidlar were great opening acts. Everyone at Clutch Cargo's was super friendly. Just an amazing evening all around!

The Hives put on one of the best shows I have ever seen. I have been to many, many concerts; well over 150, and I would say that this show was easily in my top five. They came out in their formal tuxedos and rocked the building down. Great crowd involvement, ridiculously high energy, and they played for almost 90 minutes, with an encore. A must-see whether they're your favorite band, or you've never even heard of them!

Proving why they are considered one of the best live acts around today - if not THE best - The Hives blazed through an hour+ set of old and new favorites and gave the crazed crowd all they could hope for and more. Exhilarting, exciting and excellent!
