It was my first time seeing the musical and it was spectacular! The actors were wonderful and the musicians were superior. A couple of days later, the hauntingly beautiful music is stuck in my head. They put on a really good show. The backgrounds were especially high-tech. They moved with the actors and added depth to the scenes. I have always wanted to see it and can now take it off my bucket list. I cannot wait to see it again. A word to the wise though, reserve tickets well in advance. They sell fast. I don't think there were any empty seats at the end of the night. My party bought them four months in advance. Les Miz is an event not to be missed out on; it tugs on the heart and stirs the soul. The musical says so much about human nature. I've never been so proud and so ashamed to be human after watching it.

The costumes and staging were great, as well as the music. I would advise those in the back (like myself) to bring binoculars as it helps when the stage is dark and you want to see the facial expressions. You can hear everything well, just that sometimes the sets are dark. Arriving early was good as sold out and helped for parking.

Wow. How to even start. I recommend this to everyone. Even if you're not big into musicals, it is truly mind blowing. The cast is so interactive and absolutely fantastic at what they do, that I was literally left with a bruise on my palm from clapping so much. They hit high notes that I could only dream of, giving me goosebumps, and the battle scenes are so surreal so that I was left speachless. Really, this is an amazing experience and I want to go again and again and again for the rest of my life. Definitely pay the big bucks to get the best seats, because trust me, you will not regret it. This was an experience I will never forget...they are so much better than the London cast, and with a few exceptions, they are far more superior than the 25th Anniversary Concert cast (feat. Nick Jonas and Samantha Barks) as well. So, please, for the sake of the arts, go see this musical. You will never regret it. I promise.

From start to finish the show was amazing. Edge of your seat excitement. Attended the show with my two nieces as a birthday gift to them. Was worth ten times the price. Would definitely recommend this show. Totally amazing!!

the overall experience was amazing. The cast sang well. The orchestra performed well. The sets were just enough so I could use my imagination to fill in the scene. I had never seen this play on the stage. It was a great afternoon.

Having seen Les Mis in Columbus years ago, with the rotating stage, etc., this was a dissappointment. Even tho we had excellent seats, it was difficult to understand what was being sung or who was singing it. The pacing felt very rushed. There was so much noise and activity going on at all times that it was hard to focus on what was actually happening. The orchestra was too loud for most of the voices. All in all, I was dissappointed, comparing it to the two other stage presentations I've seen.

Everything I was expecting. Fantastic singers, sets and music scores. One draw back was the orchestra, although excellent, was overbearing and made it difficult to hear the actors, at times.

The Ohio Theater gave a proper feel to the show based on its age and architecture.

The actor playing Jean Valjean on this night was superb! I loved the way they blended the lighting as well as the screen projections that made you feel like you we're in the sewers. Set design and transition was great! The orchestra was fantastic.

I wasn't that pleased with the sexual innuendoes acted out the way they were.

Overall..the show, the story, the music, the experience is memorable.

What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday evening in Columbus, Ohio. The Les Miserables cast put on an great performance and the sets were fantastic for the stage size with which the designers and technicians had to work with. Combine this with the surroundings of the beautifully restored Ohio Theatre and one was assured of a totally satisfying evening.

This is by far the most amazing theatrical performance I have ever seen. The actors were fantastic, the singing gave me goose bumps, the scenery was superb, the lighting and special efforts were phenomenal, the audience was receptive. My daughter and I truly loved every second of it and wanted it to last longer! Thank you!

I have seen many tourings of Les Mis and this one was very good. I missed parts of the old staging but some of the new staging was fabulous especially Empty Chairs At Empty Tables and Javert's Suicide

My daughter and I went to see show and had a lovely time. Javert's voice was amazing!! Jean Valjean was really good and he could hit some amazing notes! Fontine was really just so-so...I was expecting a really strong voice to carry "I Dreamed a Dream" but it just seemed a little weak to me, pretty voice though. Cosette had a beautiful pitch to hit the high notes. Eponine had a beautifule voice. As did Marius...The only problem I had with the show was the fact that Marius was played by an Asian guy. What was an Asian guy doing in Paris in the 1500's? I think it affected the chemistry between him and Cosette...It was hard to feel it. Again, don't get me wrong...He had a great voice, but it just seemed off.

The stage production was a beautiful event and we really did enjoy a day at the theatre! The whole show is very powerful and the finale was strong!!

So very different from a movie, seeing Les Mis on stage was incredible. The voice quality of all the actors was fantastic. Special effects with lighting and scenery were awesome. I did not want it to end!
