There were TONS of young kids (14-17) and me being a 21 year old, I felt out of place. Basshunter never showed (which is why I bought my ticket) and there were no mixed drinks as promised. There was just beer. The lights were on rather than turned off for about 80% of the event. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because Cosmic Gate did a wonderful job.

The DJ's they had were good, but the venue itself and the setup was crap. On the website, they said there would be additional access, a separate entrance, and a special area for VIPs only. All of that was a lie. The only thing VIP got you was closer to the stage. They also advertised having several full bars, and they only had one "bar" that served only energy drinks, soda, and bud light. They said there would be free energy drinks, and that was a straight up lie. One of the DJ's didn't even show up and an amp on the main stage blew out. The acoustics for the main stage area were also terrible.
Pros: If you only bought general admission, you got a lot of music for your money because there were 3 stages and it was all day long. There was good ventilation.

After seeing the lineups for the event, this seemed like a show that you could not miss. But when multiple artists that you wanted to see don't even show up to the event, that $60 ticket price really burns you. The sound was sub-par, and horribly tuned for an indoor venue, with the sound completely cutting out unexpectedly and unintentionally, and a major portion of the sounds being muddy. A group of friends that I had went to the event with were really excited to see Basshunter at this event, but he never even showed up. All in all, if the venue isn't too far out of your way, and want something to keep you occupied for a few hours, La La Land isn't a terrible event to attend, just don't go in expecting something memorable.

It was amazing, mat zo and cosmic gate killed!! The stages were small and the screens were terrible, but the lasers were great at the main stage. The knly real problem I had was with the second stage powering down...twice! And it was during the last set of the night! All in all it was a blast, glad to see AZ rave scene getting bigger and better :)

The Bad: The main stage was not dark enough and the music was quiet. While Dastik was playing the speakers on the right side of the stage kept cutting out. It seemed the someone pulled the plug and the music stopped at least once at each stage through out the night. :-(
The Good: Great artists and DJ's. The Music was killer all night! The dancers on stilts was freakin awesome along with all the other performers up there.
