My husband and I took our 2 1/2 year old son to this performance and he loved it! It was timed perfectly at appx. 1 hour so it was long enough to engage but short enough that he wasn't bored. The costumes were amazing and it was so much fun to watch the excitement in our son's eyes during the performance. Also, the pre-party that was put on by the Des Moines Performing Arts was absolutely amazing. From live animals to pet, to crafts, to live music it was a virtual wonderland for kids and definitely made the day. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely go again in the future.
