This was our second time to the Kobalt Tools 400. We attended last years race as well. Our seats were in the bleacher section between turns 3 & 4. I wouldn't recommend sitting there because from where we were seated we could not see the cars once they entered turn three until they came out of turn 4. That was my fault for choosing those seats.
My real problem and the reason for two stars was the parking. This year I purchased a Lucky 7 parking pass which is supposed to let you park in sections that are allowed to empty out first. The information that came with the pass said we would be directed to the correct parking area. We were directed to an area that was not in the Lucky 7 parking area even though we had our pass displayed. The information said that with the Lucky 7 pass we would be out of the lot in less than an hour. Granted there was a wreck on I-15 which caused problems with exiting the track, however, the Lucky 7 lots were empty in an hour. Where we were, which was just across a cement barricade from the Lucky 7 lot took over three hours to empty. It was the fault of the people the track had directing incoming traffic that we were in the wrong lot.
We enjoyed the race but it was truly spoiled afterward when the extra money I had spent to park was wasted. We will definitely take that into consideration when deciding if we will return to LVMS.

I've planned this trip for Years and finally had time off and the Money togo. Spent the Whole Weekend in Las Vegas, Went to Red Rock Canyon, Spent time in the Casino's Making Money, and Eatting Good. And Had a Blast at Sundays Kobalt Tools400, My Seats were better than expective and I had a veiw of the Whole Track, except for the Pits. Can't Wait to Do it again Next Year.

1st time at a NASCAR event, great experience, surprised how small the track seems and that you could see the whole lap from your seat.
Very friendly crowd & very well organised
Much better than trying to view F1 at Silverstone!

Loved the venue. Parking was decent. Food variety was very good. Weather was perfect. First time NASCAR experience and would return to this event in the future. Great action and an amazing finish.

This was the 4th time to this race. Keeps getting better every time I go ,Race was alittle Borring in the middle but was a good finish, last 10 laps were awsome. Only thing i regret was no sun screen, sun burt my face!!!

Our first race was well worth it. We will be back again! Seats were good. I only wish we would have had more time and knew that the Neon Garage was going to be so busy. I wish we'd been a little closer to turn 4 so we could see them zoom by. The wall was too high right in front. However, you could see the pits and the rest of the turns well.

Great Race! Loved the $99 special, 4 tickets, 4 hotdogs and a drink. Was the only way we could afford to attend the race. Hope to be able to find this same special for other races. Lots of people in attendance. Didn't enjoy going to the Neon Garage on Sunday...Way too many people not moving at all.
