Location:Edison, NJ

There were three bands. Each band only played only one Monkees song. Each band only seemed interested in showcasing their original material. The bands were somewhat talented but the show was disappointing in regards to expecting a “Monkees Tribute Night”. Especially in light of the passing of Davy Jones on Leap Year February 29th, 2012. I went with two others to the show and we all felt the same. We left early halfway through the last set after we realized that the show was not what we expected.
