The overall performance was good for families who went there to expose their children to the Kwanzaa principles or to renew those principles. Personally, I expected to see a lot more dances by Forces of Nature and more African type dances by them since the billing focused more on this group.

Forces of Nature is my favorite company ever to see. And, as usual, they lived up to expectation! The Kwanza celebration has so much cultural significance, it is much more than a show and an opportunity to understand an important aspect of American culture. I felt regenerated after!
