I watched 'Evita" in London a long time ago but this time on Broadway it touched me in a different way, I was fascinated from the begining to end, with the performances , the singers and the scenery. Ricky Martin narrating the story is worth seeing, congrats for his acting and voice!

Enjoyed the show. Although, I must be honest and say that Evita's voice was a bit shrill! But Ricki's voice and the other cast members made up for it!

I love this musical, one of my favorites and I have to say the cast was the best I have heard. Ricky Martin amazed me with his Che performance, he was by far the best one I have seen playing this roll. Elena Roger also was amazing with her voice, very much an Argentinian lady, this roll needs to be played by an Argentinian.

The show was a disappointment. I don't think Ricky Martin was suited to the role he played, as he is more of a Pop singer and his voice was ot powerful enough to project on stage. The female lead understudy did not have a great voice AT ALL!! Paid too much for it to be just fair.

There is a major difference between "belting" and "screeching".
It would have been much more enjoyable with someone else playing Evita.

The show was wonderful & we saw the show on the last day that Ricky Martin performed but the lead role was played by the second. She was magnificent with the voice of an angel!

I was amazed by the ensemble the performance from the 3 main characters was beautiful. The movie on the cinema was good but to see live was beautiful with supporting actors as well as memorable music its a show you will not forget.

From the set design to the cast of Evita was truely represented by the most talented people on Earth. Ricky Martin's performace was phenomenal and with his added talent and strength lead the cast to stardom. The musical numbers were crafted to perfection and made watching them thrilling.

Evita was amazing!!! Ricky Martin as Che was electrifying. He was cool, mysterious and so sneaky at times. He had me hanging on to every word. His character gave us the back story of Evita and her real intentions. Evita was such a complicated character. First I liked her then i hated her and i felt so sorry for her in the end. I loved the choreography and the moving scenography. I thought they were very effective in giving us a sense of being in Argentina. The tango was hot!
