This was a very fun show to attend. I love country music and Christmas so it was the perfect combination. I chose to attend this show with my daughter as her "special treat" for turning 13 this year. We drove from Pittsburgh, PA with my daughter's best friend and her mom. I was very nervous after reading reviews from the year before, but decided those issues had to have been addressed; and I was right. We were actually let in early - maybe because it had started to rain. Our seats were assigned and so, in the beginning there were no issues with being able to sit in the seats we had purchased. The show itself went very smoothly and the performances were top notch! The only down side to this show turned out to be seating issues. My seat was the very last seat in my row to the left of the stage (i.e. right beside the black curtain). At most shows I am sure it would have been a very good seat, but due to the large Christmas Trees on the stage we would have missed seeing many of the performances directly (we could see the large screen above us if we looked straight up and to our left). At about 7:30 the announcement was made to "fill in" any empty seats below where you were seated. We did move and ended up being able to see everything. However, even though it was very clear on the ticket and in an email I received that if you arrived after 7:15 you may lose your seats, as people arrived late (up to 8pm) the usher made those sitting in those seats move. This was a definite problem because the seats of those people had already been taken by others "filling in" as the announcer had asked the audience to do. I understand that would work at most shows, but when an announcement has been officially made to fill in other seats, then those who arrived late should need to sit in the empty seats that are left. This happened to four different groups within the row in front of us, our row, and the row behind us. For us this did not happen to be a problem, but I am sure there were others who did not get to enjoy the show because of this issue. I think this problem could be easily solved by making sure the ushers know before the show to enforce the instructions to be on time or lose your seats
