I have never been so disappointed with a Ringling Production before. Only one ring of performers, more magic acts than animal. The animal acts were pathetic. Only one clown wore make up. It was like being at amateur circus show but the price of should have been free. I will definitely think 3 times before seeing another circus from Ringling.

i would not recommend going to this event because they seats were for small rear's and they cut me in the legs and hips and the part i was most disjointed about is it was only a one ring and the only animals they had were birds, cats, dogs and elephants no big cats that was some thing i was hoping for its not often when one can see tigers and such so to watch house cats jump through hoops was just disappointing.. my husband had never been to a circus and i just wanted his first experience to be what i had always imagined the Ringling bros. to be.. other then that we drove through the first blizzard of the year to get their and it took us over 2 hours and even a bag of popcorn was 10 bucks all in all i will not go back unless they advertise it to be a 3 ring..

We have attended the circus every year since it started to come to our area, at least 12 years. It was a much anticipated tradition for my daughter, now 19, and I. Sadly, this was probably our last year, and not due to my daughter's age, but due to what a disappointment this year's show was.
The performance is now a ONE-ring show with 4 clowns and 3 elephants... and mainly dog/cat acts. The amount of human performers was also cut way back. We didn't see one outfit worth commenting on, and typically we would be impressed by them. There was very little dancing and singing and no parade of performers around the rings. The Ring Master looked as if he was still in the clothing he wore to a club the night before thus making it difficult to determine who he even was.
Unfortunately, to us, it has become the Saddest Show on Earth.
Don't waste your money.

The circus captivated the attention of my 9 & 6 year old nephews to my 2 year old niece!! Even my 29 year old boyfriend was mesmorized!!! Highly recommend to all the "kids" in us!!!

The tickets were too pricey for the show. What happened to the three ring circus? Where were the lions and tigers? What happened to the parade in between acts?? Very dissappointed! ;(

WE WERE DISSAPOINTED THAT THERE WERE NO TIGERS OR LION SHOW.. I THINK THEY SHOULD PARADE ALL AROUND THE ARENA, NOT JUST IN THAT ONE LITTLE SECTION. i WOULD NOT ATTEND AGAIN. TOO MUCH MONEY FOR TOO LITTLE SHOWING.

As usual, ringling does a great performance. Seeing the show at larger venues has perks you don't get at smaller venues, though....more traveling animals, tigers are included as part of the act, there's action in 3 rings instead of 1. But for the price of a small venue seat, you can't beat the show.

overall, we had a good time, but highly disappointed. what ever happened to the 3ring circus with tigers? now we settle for pussy cats and puppydogs... took the kids... wont be back till the granchildren come in 20 years.....

My nine year old daughter enjoyed the circus tremendously. My husband and I like that they had a "party" before the circus where kids could see some acts while sitting on the circus ring. We also were able to take her picture with the motorcycle daredeivils while she sat on the bike and with one of the acrobatic girls - very cool. We had to buy a disposable camera though ($12) because the lens on our camera was too big, so we couldn't take it in.
Only disappointment was, of course, the cost of things. Popcorn with a plastic hat was $10 and a snocone in a commemorative cup was $12. Parking wasn't bad - that cost $5.

The event was excellent. The seating was excellent. All the people in the show were highly skilled at their jobs. They were also very entertaining. This was my first time at this arena. Compared to other events I attend around the country I felt that the traffic directors were not focused on their jobs. Either bunched up or spread too thin. Traffic cones were too cloce togeather in the turns. (Turns too narrow).

I brought tickets for the Boomaring show and all during the show they kept saying it was ZingZangZoom. Then after the show, I go outside and they are selling stuff for Boomaring. The same people kept coming out and doing different acts. And there was hardly any animals; two elephants, dogs, cats, and no lions! I was extremely disappointed in Ringling Brothers. I felt they downgraded the show without downgrading the price!

The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus was great. My 5-year-old grandson was amazed by the acts. He especially enjoyed the elephants and the motorcycles. I enjoyed listening to the circus band accompany the acts. It was an unforgettable experience.

We were very disappointed in the circus this year. Pricing was just as outrageous but in prior years we felt we got a show that at least came close. This year was so much LESS. Obviously a serious downsizing.. I hate to say there is NO way we will pay that kind of money for a show of this caliber again.

I have been to this circus 4 times prior to this event and was utterly disappointed as well as my 5 year old!!!! There were no tigers, lions or zebras. Not nearly as many funny skits or aerobatic shows. We missed last year and were extremely excited for this year only to be let down - big time!!!!! Very disappointed Barnum & bailey !!!!!!

Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey: Boomaring Circus this year was ok but not as good as prior years. I have been there every year for past 6 years and this year it was only fair at best. I was not thrilled. I would go back because I know every year the circus is different, but this year just did not thrill me in the least. My daughter was not impressed either, she wanted to leave half way through as well. The best part was the magic show. It was kind of boring this year.

My son and I have attended the Ringling Bros circus for the past 6 years, always enjoying the show. Not this year. It was terrible. One ring (not three), no lions, no tigers, three clowns, the motorcycle act had only 3 cycles (6 last year), the high-wire act was terrible, little in the way of a trapeze act, no cannon.
What did they have? Little dogs, cats (pussy cats), a total of three clowns, two llamas, and a bunch of rather run-of-the-mill magic acts.
I paid top dollar for VIP seats. Don't waste your money.
